Annotated codes and Mémentos do different jobs
Dalloz annotated codes are the student and exam product. A student who buys a Mémento Fiscal because it looks serious will spend more than a semester of annotated codes and still lack the article-by-article layout an exam needs.

Buy a desk copy only if you will mark it
Buy from this boutique if you will write in the book. First-year students who need a Code civil they can tab, a Lexique they can learn from, and a pocket Constitution are the Pack L1 audience. The 2027 pack bundled those three titles plus the D-Codeur magazine at 45.90 euros TTC, cheaper than the annotated civil code alone at the unreduced 49.00 euro list. CRFPA candidates should confirm that the annotated Dalloz edition they carry is still on the commission's allowed list. Lawyers, notaries, accountants, and HR officers should buy the Mémento year they will actually work.
Skip a personal purchase if your faculty or firm already pays for Dalloz and Éditions Francis Lefebvre databases. A French university law library typically licenses the same doctrine and codes the boutique sells as paper. The shop also claimed a first prize for artificial intelligence at the Palmarès du Chiffre 2026. Access is described as immediate after order, and downloaded digital products lose the 14-day withdrawal right under article 15 of the sales conditions. This is billed software for a firm, not a free chatbot and not a signed opinion.
