The parent that designs and stocks the lamps is FittinQ B.V. at Smaragdweg 52, 5527 LB Hapert, in the Netherlands. QAZQA spec sheets name that Dutch company, with compliance@FittinQ.com and +31 85 225 1845. The French about page still tells the 2007 Brabant origin story and claims about 6,000 SKUs in that warehouse. QAZQA is the house brand, not a lighting department store

On the recessed-spot aisle the brand chip read QAZQA 482 and QAZQA Professional 12. On the connected-lamp aisle it read QAZQA 416, LUUMR 72, LUEDD 41, and Calex 15. GU10 bulbs flipped the mix: LUEDD 141, LUUMR 8, QAZQA 1. That is a house-brand factory with a few lamp and smart-bulb partners, not a mall that also stocks Philips Hue kits and EGLO trade packs. The about copy says they make the lamps, store them, and ship them themselves so they can run a lowest-price match. I did not file a price-match claim, so I cannot tell you how fast the refund lands or what proof they accept. Treat that badge as marketing until you email info@lampeetlumiere.fr with a screenshot.

Four SKUs I priced before the bot wall, plus the aisle around them

Plazas Novo, article 102928, EAN 08718881113345, is the square black ceiling panel with a non-replaceable LED. Selling price 94.95 euros against a PDC of 149.00 euros. Size 50 × 39 × 8 cm. Output 1,600 lumens at 2,700 K. Three-step dimming on a normal switch: 100, 60, then 30 percent. Bloc is the opposite job: a rustic wood table lamp, QAZQA article 103012, 10 × 8 × 8 cm, 160 cm cord, E27 max 10 W, bulb sold separately. Selling price 18.95 euros against a PDC of 33.95 euros. Castorama’s marketplace listed the same EAN 8718881114113 at 28.90 euros “sold by Lampeetlumiere,” so the first-party cart and the DIY marketplace do not always match.

PDC is a catalog sticker, not a promise the price holds until Friday

Every product page I opened printed two numbers: PDC (prix de catalogue, the maker’s recommended sticker) and “notre prix.” A yellow week badge then counted down the cut — two days on Bloc, five on Vidro, six on Zuzanna. Fine print on the Masons mauve pendant page (article 95673, E27, bulbs not included) says prices can rise, fall, or sit still each week based on stock and last week’s sales. The savings line is measured against that sticker, not against last Tuesday’s cart. If you bookmark 18.95 euros on Bloc, re-open the SKU before you pay. I could not keep a live session long enough to watch a badge roll over at midnight.

IP20 will fail a wet room; read the stamp before you cut plaster

French bathrooms and covered terraces are where this catalog quietly splits. Vidro and Zuzanna are IP20: indoor dry rooms only. The recessed aisle filter counted IP20 401, IP44 44, IP54 20, IP65 21, plus a handful of IP23. Dept white 35 mm IP44 at 5.95 euros is the cheap splash housing. Simply article 95779 is the 8.3 cm square steel LED, IP65, 5 W, 350 lumens, 3000 K, non-replaceable, not dimmable, EAN 08718881077937. Ducha is a three-light bath bar, IP44, 46.95 euros. IP44 is splash, not a shower jet. IP65 is dust-tight and hose-resistant, still not a submerged fitting. If your electrician marked a zone 1 ceiling, buy the stamp they wrote, not the cheapest black circle on the bestseller rail.

The 50-euro freight line, the 22:00 cutoff, and the 90-versus-30-day mess

Header copy promised free delivery from 50 euros and same-day dispatch before 22:00. Trustprofile’s 2024 shop profile, filed by the same FittinQ SARL, still says before 20:00 and two to three working days to the door. I could not verify which clock Hapert uses, because Cloudflare stopped the checkout. Freight under 50 euros is unpublished. So is a Corsica surcharge, a DOM-TOM zone, and the carrier name. Marketplace copy describes metropolitan delivery by appointment at the house or building foot — not a named locker network. If Bloc at 18.95 euros is your only line, add a LUEDD GU10 at 9.95 euros and another SKU to clear 50, or accept an unknown fee at the address step.

Returns are the other split screen. The header and the product service block advertise 90 days through a return portal, with questions to info@lampeetlumiere.fr or +33 1 87 21 65 30. The same block calls those returns free and stacks them next to a two-year product warranty and five-day support. Older homepage body copy and the Trustprofile blurb still say 30 days. I did not submit a return form, so I cannot tell you which clock the portal enforces, whether a change-of-mind parcel is prepaid, or what the packing-slip address in Hapert actually reads. The honest move is to start the portal from the order email and screenshot the deadline they print. Do not trust the marketing strip alone.

Treat the 50-euro free-freight badge and the 90-day strip as headlines until the address step and the return portal print a number and a date. The Paris SIRET is real; the unpublished under-50 freight is also real.

Two years in the spec sheet, seven years on the 10-euro add-on

The service block says a two-year warranty on all products, which matches what other EU retailers print on Simply and similar QAZQA LEDs. A footer module sells a seven-year extra: replacement within 48 hours; cover for drops, water, short circuits, and integrated LEDs; and 30 percent off a replacement lamp inside seven years. On Vidro that add-on printed as PDC 10.00 euros. I could not open the terms PDF after the bot check, so exclusions, glass cover, and whether 10 euros is per SKU stay unpublished. Statutory French defect rights sit under any paid extra. On a 125-euro pendant the line is small. On a 5.95-euro Dept housing it is a different conversation.

What you still have to buy after the fixture lands

Zuzanna, Bloc, and most E27 pendants arrive as empty sockets. The spec names the cap and a wattage limit; it does not drop a bulb in the tissue. Order the LUEDD GU10 03374 or an E27 in the same cart if you want light on Saturday. Three-step LEDs such as Plazas Novo use a normal switch: flip fast, step down. “Lampe dimmable” needs a phase-cut dimmer that matches the wattage floor. Vidro skips the wall dimmer and wants the Tuya app. GU10 energy labels clustered on F. Hardwired ceiling pieces say “sans cordon ni fiche,” which means a junction box and, for most renters, a qualified installer. Chat can name a socket. It will not torque a canopy.

Is freight really free, and what happens under 50 euros?

Free freight is advertised from 50 euros. The empty cart I opened on 26 September 2026 showed a Livraison row and no amount. The fee under 50 euros is unpublished. Same-day dispatch is advertised before 22:00 on product pages and before 20:00 on the older Trustprofile text, which also cites two to three working days. Carrier name, Corsica, and overseas-department rates were unpublished. If Bloc at 18.95 euros is the whole order, add lines to clear 50 euros or wait for the address step. I could not complete that step.

How do I send a lamp back, and is it 90 days or 30?

The live header says 90 days through the return portal, with backup at info@lampeetlumiere.fr and +33 1 87 21 65 30, and it calls those returns free. Leftover homepage sentences and the 2024 Trustprofile blurb still say 30 days. I did not file a return, so I cannot confirm which clock the portal uses or whether a change-of-mind label is prepaid. Start the portal from the order mail and screenshot the date. A Castorama or Vente-Unique marketplace order may follow that marketplace’s rules.

Do I need an electrician for Vidro or Zuzanna?

Vidro (art. 107432) is a hardwired ceiling spot: no cord, no plug, IP20, Tuya Wi-Fi, three included E14 lamps. Zuzanna (art. 104562) is a pendant with a 35 cm ceiling plate and three empty E27 sockets. Both want a junction box and a person who is allowed to open it. Bloc (art. 103012) is the exception: a table lamp with a 160 cm cord, so you only need an outlet and a separate E27 bulb. If you rent and the lease forbids DIY ceiling work, buy Bloc or a plug-in floor lamp, not a rail kit. The shop’s five-day chat will not climb a ladder for you.

Which brands can I actually filter, and is Philips in the aisle?

On the pages I opened, the brand chips were QAZQA, QAZQA Professional, LUEDD, Calex, and LUUMR. Recessed spots were almost all QAZQA. GU10 bulbs were almost all LUEDD.
