Yes. That is not the same as Saturday.

A friend texted me: is BannerBuzz legit? I already had bannerbuzz.com open on 27 September 2026, staring at a starter custom vinyl banner still listed in the single-digit dollars. Design Print Banner LLC is a real company. The Suwanee desk is a real address. The cheap tile is real too. What the tile will not tell you, and what my friend did not want to hear, is that "legit" and "here by Saturday" are different sentences.

The irritation is always the same. Someone treats an online print network like the counter that laminates a school poster while you wait. BannerBuzz will take a card, email a proof, and ship a carton. It will not let you pinch the grommets before you pay. If that is the test you are running, you already have the answer.

You are buying a carton from a network

Design Print Banner LLC is the legal name on the door. bannerbuzz.com is the shop. The About page puts the start in 2010: CEO Nishant Shah wanted signs for an eco-friendly car wash and could not get a local match. Pickup and the published main office sit at 1200 Northbrook Parkway, Suite 180, Suwanee, Georgia 30024. Paperwork also lists 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19959, plus an operations address at 3440 East Roeser Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85040. Do not picture one mill with a glass tour. BannerBuzz cites more than 10,000 items, and the FAQ admits plants sit inside and outside the United States. The company will not promise where your particular job will be made. Shipping pages add that cartons may leave owned shops or approved partners. That model is how a small vinyl piece can open around seven dollars while a ten-by-ten canopy still takes several business days after you sign off on art. The Georgia desk is a pickup window. It is not evidence that your banner was printed in Gwinnett County.

I once sat in Gwinnett traffic on a weekday afternoon thinking I would swing by Suwanee the way you swing by a strip-mall printer. Northbrook Parkway is not a drive-through. Hours run 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You need a photo ID and the confirmation email. If you are not already in metro Atlanta, that errand is a wasted tank of gas. Most buyers never see Suite 180. They see a tracking number.

The proof is the packing slip

Here is the picture I actually use. The digital proof is the packing slip you sign on a loading dock you will never visit. Reprints must match the original print. If you dislike the proof, the design team says it will revise until you agree, and that a full refund follows within 24 hours if you cannot. After production starts, that door is shut.

I will name two products and then stop listing. Custom vinyl banners. Custom yard signs. Those are the two jobs this shop is built around. A vinyl sheet is the thing you hang between poles or on a storefront. A yard sign is the 5-millimeter Corflute board real-estate teams stake into lawns, with optional metal stakes and UV printing. Feather flags, roll-up stands, and pop-up canopies live in the same catalog. I am not reciting their tiles. If you need a booth in a box, the site will price it. If you need a certified exhibit a show inspector will sign, that is a different vendor.

Decide the sheet before you fall in love with the headline. The product pages talk about waterproof 9-ounce mesh, 13-ounce standard, and 15-ounce premium vinyl. The FAQ steers outdoor jobs that need more body toward 16-ounce stock, and it says a two-sided print still uses 13-ounce vinyl. Width comes first, then height. Put those numbers in the instant-price boxes and repeat them in special instructions so pre-press is not guessing. The site claims vinyl is waterproof and usually lasts three to five years. Read that as a material note, not a warranty for your alley and your wind.

• Choose mesh if a solid sheet would act like a sail between poles.
• Most indoor or outdoor hangs, including a two-sided print, still run on the 13-ounce sheet.
• Step up to 15- or 16-ounce stock when the banner has to hang heavier.
• Ask for grommets every three to four feet, then write extra hole positions in special instructions.
• Pay for wind slits if you want them. The default tube does not include that punch.

The tube is not a hardware kit. Wind slits cost extra. Mesh is the open weave meant to leak air. For a pole hang, the FAQ points you toward bungee cords and toward taking the banner down when the weather turns ugly. Permits and landlord mounts are still your forms. Yard signs checkout on their own path: Corflute, optional stakes, and a lawn you are allowed to plant them in. Flag poles, spike bases, and H-frames often ring up as separate lines. That bill shows up in a parking lot, not while you are still clicking options.

Who should actually tap pay

Stay if you can live with a proof in your inbox and a carton on a porch. That is the shopkeeper hanging a sale banner with a week to spare, the realtor stacking lawn boards, the church or school that already picked an event date, the exhibitor who will take a roll-up instead of a built booth, the homeowner with a birthday or garage sale that is not this weekend. Reorders are described as available for jobs up to six months old. If your file is print-ready and your date is not this weekend, the cart is doing the job it was built to do.

Leave the tab if any of this is you

If you need the piece tonight, close the tab and drive. A brand book that wants a Pantone you can hold under shop lights belongs at that same counter. BannerBuzz will not send cartons to APO or FPO addresses, and it will not promise a U.S. plant for your particular job. The company says more than 85 percent of orders hit the estimated delivery date. The leftover miss rate is exactly the problem if Saturday is already printed on a flyer. A neighborhood shop can reprint a misspelled name before lunch. Here, custom work is replacement-only, and a typo you typed is your problem.

• You need the piece tonight or tomorrow morning.
• Color is contractual and you must verify it in person.
• You want to handle the hardware before you pay.
• The ship-to is an APO or FPO address.
• The job is a vehicle wrap, an installed window graphic, or a canopy that must meet fire code on site.
• You typed the wording yourself and think a refund will save a typo.

You want a banner for Saturday and it is already Wednesday. What exactly do you think a proof email is going to do? Pre-press can take up to 24 hours on file types that skip instant preview. Production is listed at 12 to 24 hours after you approve. Freight then runs three to nine business days depending on Super Saver, Express, Priority, or Priority Overnight. That math does not care about your market. Not the same-day counter.

How the file becomes a box

You get three ways to make the file. Build it in the free on-site tool with templates if you do not have studio software. Send a print-ready file if you do. Pay for hire-a-designer if neither of those is true. Accepted types include EPS, AI, PDF, PSD, high-resolution JPEG, and high-resolution TIFF. Convert fonts to outlines. A raster should be full size at 100 dpi, half size at 200 dpi or more, or quarter size at 300 dpi or more. Keep live type at least two inches away from grommet holes. Phone-camera JPEGs and GIFs get bounced on large prints.

Some vector and office formats skip the instant preview. If you requested a proof, pre-press says it emails one within 24 hours. Approving a muddy thumbnail will not magically sharpen a ten-foot print. The company lists solvent and eco-solvent printers up to 320 dpi, UV printers up to 1000 dpi, and dye-sublimation for cloth. Those figures describe presses. They do not rescue a screenshot you pulled off a phone.

Approval is the last cheap edit. The FAQ says that once production starts, the file is frozen. Cancel after a long delay and the published remedy is store credit after 60 days, not cash back. If a carrier loses the box, BannerBuzz says it investigates and reprints with priority shipping that can take about three to four days. The till takes US dollars.

Fees, freight, and the Suwanee desk

You have three days to photograph the damage

If the box lands crushed, or the print is wrong, or the carrier dropped it, open My Account within three days and attach photos of the piece and the carton. BannerBuzz says the review takes about 12 hours. Custom work and close-outs come back as replacements, not cash. Stock that is not custom can sometimes be refunded or swapped when it is damaged, defective, lost, or substantially different. Defect coverage is 180 days on the FAQ page and 120 days in the terms. Read both on the day you pay. The company says it decides the remedy.

Monitors lie. The FAQ says the printers are calibrated and still refuses responsibility when the print does not match your screen. No refund on color, depth, or tone. If the red has to be a specific red, send Pantone Plus Color Bridge Coated values. A typo you typed, a wrong phone number you entered, and small shifts in color, texture, or size sit outside replacement. When the carton is mashed, shoot the box, the label, and the product before the packaging hits the bin.

Use BannerBuzz when the proof can wait on your inbox and the event is still far enough out that a reprint would still land. Walk into a local print counter when you need to touch the grommets, squint at the red, and leave with the roll under your arm.

Ordinary stock that is not custom can sometimes get a refund or a swap when it is damaged, defective, lost, or substantially different. A name you typed wrong, a date you entered wrong, and a slight color shift do not qualify. Keep the mashed carton long enough to photograph the box, the label, and the print.

I just approved the proof. When does the box actually arrive?

What file should I upload, and how sharp does it need to be?

Vector first. The FAQ likes EPS and AI with fonts outlined, then PDF, PSD, high-resolution JPEG, and high-resolution TIFF. If you only have a raster, send it at 100 percent scale and 100 dpi, 50 percent and 200 dpi or more, 25 percent and 300 dpi or more, or 10 percent and 600 to 1200 dpi. Leave two inches between live type and grommet edges. Tiny JPEGs and GIFs get refused on large jobs. No instant preview? Wait for the email. Clicking approve on a soft preview will not give you a sharp 10-foot banner.

Can I skip the carrier and collect the order in Georgia?

Sometimes. Only some products qualify. Eligible cartons sit for 14 days from the ready date at BannerBuzz Store, 1200 Northbrook Parkway, Suite 180, Suwanee, Georgia 30024. The phone is 800-580-4489. You get an email when it is ready. Bring a photo ID and the confirmation email, or send someone with copies of both. Eligible pickup has no extra fee. Why will they not refund me if the red looks wrong on my garage door?

The FAQ puts that risk on you. Calibrated printers or not, BannerBuzz will not take the blame when the print disagrees with your monitor, and it will not refund color, depth, or tone. Send Pantone Plus Color Bridge Coated values if the red is the whole point. Small shifts in color, texture, or size stay outside replacement. If a contract depends on the match, pay a neighborhood shop that will hold a printed chip under the same lights as the wall. BannerBuzz is the better spend when the file is already print-ready, the proof can wait, and you want catalog pricing on vinyl or yard signs sent to a hotel or a house.

Is hire-a-designer included, or do I pay extra?

Standard customers pay a fee that is not published as a single public number, so I am leaving the live charge unpublished rather than guessing. The free on-site templates remain available either way. If you cannot outline fonts or export a PDF, budget time for the proof round before you count production days. After you approve, reprints must duplicate the original print, so the designer pass is the last cheap moment to fix a phone number.
