Foam or coils. That is the chooser.

Do not treat the twelve-month zero as a sure thing until the offer screen says it. A return still hits Keetsa’s ten percent mattress fee first.

The trial is a parking meter with a thirty-night minimum

That is the picture I actually use. Keetsa advertises a ninety-night trial. The Delivery and Returns page is stricter, and that is the hitch. You have ninety days from purchase to return a mattress, box spring, comfort layer, or pillow, but you must use the bed for thirty days before you even ask. Ninety nights. Ninety nights on the banner, thirty before you can complain. Call 1.877.753.3872 or write contactus@keetsa.com first. A guide may push a comfort layer instead of a pickup. A mattress return refunds the price minus a ten percent processing fee. I keep — I keep wanting to call this a comfort guarantee. It isn’t. The store FAQ says a returned mattress cannot be resold. You sat on the meter for a month and they still keep a tenth of the fare.

Frames, bedding, and a few side items use a thirty-day clock from receipt, not ninety. Unused and in original packaging, brought back to the shop, can be a full refund. Used items take the same ten percent. Cancel after the carton has already left the warehouse and you still pay a return fee. There is no unpublished white-glove exception hiding behind the banner. If a ten percent bite on a Queen near two thousand dollars would wreck the month, do not start.

Twelve years until a stain or a slat gap

Hawaii and Alaska are a mess on the site itself: the delivery page allows a paid cart quote, while several mattress pages still say those states and U.S. territories are not served. Put the address in before you pay. Express is a quote, not a default button. Special delivery in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, or New York City is a sleep-shop call and an extra fee, unpublished as a flat number on the pages I read.

Unboxing is yours. You can sleep on a compressed Keetsa within a few hours. Full expansion can take four weeks, and early crushed corners are treated as acclimation, not a defect. Travelers who already liked a listed hotel bed can treat that stay as a lie-down, then still buy through keetsa.com if they want the trial terms. Affirm is there if you want to split the ticket. The SoHo floor is there if you want to feel the fork with your own back before FedEx gets involved.

Who should skip it

Skip is not a soft maybe. These are the cases where the policies already answered you.
