Commercial-register snapshots dated 1 July 2026 list UID CHE-458.311.494, a GmbH with CHF 20,000 share capital, and a domicile at Grüssenhölzliweg 3, 4133 Pratteln, Basel-Landschaft. The live footer, contact page, and German returns page use that same street number. Phone support is +41 (0)848 22 33 00, Monday to Friday 8:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00, at 8.1 Rp. per minute on the published landline rate. Email is serviceteam@ideoon.ch. This is Swiss Post warehouse dispatch, not a walk-in showroom, and prices are stated as already cleared and taxed.
The Pratteln team is not a new startup. Portrait copy says more than 70 staff share a history the firm dates to 1996. A 15 May 2025 press note explains the split from Pearl Germany after PEARL Schweiz GmbH ended its activity. ideoon presents itself as an independent Swiss company that kept the former PEARL Schweiz staff, promised to honor outstanding guarantee claims, and relaunched around May 2025. HANDELSVERBAND.swiss lists Ideoon GmbH as a member and cites roughly 17,000 products across IT, hardware, household, sport, and trend gadgets. A parallel shop at ideoon.de belongs to Ideoon Europe GmbH in Weil am Rhein; Swiss buyers should stay on ideoon.ch.
Gadgets, living rooms, garden sheds, and the Swiss Edition mix
The catalog is a Swiss gadget-and-home mix, not a single-brand appliance floor. Portrait and trade-association copy group it as IT and multimedia, hardware and hobby, household and living, sport and leisure, and Technik-Highlights. The FAQ still cites about 17,000 SKUs, printer cartridges, software, toys, PC games, and a Swiss Edition line said to match Swiss household norms. When we checked in mid-September 2026, many homepage items showed 1–2 working days, while some new SKUs sat at 8–12 weeks. Listed examples included a 2-in-1 cordless vacuum at CHF 99.95 against a 299.95 UVP, a heated seat cushion at CHF 44.95 against 112.95, and a solar parking barrier at CHF 169.95 against 399.95. Statt or UVP figures are supplier recommended prices, not a local-store street check.
Household aisles run from kitchen tools to floor care. The kitchen category listed a dual-zone 9-liter air fryer at CHF 79.95 against 199.95, plus portable ceramic hobs and a sale knife set. Electric household pages showed a 1,700-watt washer-vacuum at CHF 144.95 against 249.95, a steam ironing station at CHF 119.95 against 299.95, and a window-cleaning robot with spray at CHF 239.95 against 529.95. Garden and hardware leaned into pest gadgets, folding saws, greenhouse tents, and a pellet patio torch at CHF 114.95. Treat ultrasonic insect or rodent boxes as convenience gadgets, not as a substitute for sealing gaps or calling a pest controller. If you need a named Bosch or Miele service network, this is the wrong aisle.

Checkout lists invoice, TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Product pages repeat Kauf auf Rechnung, pay within 14 days. That is the public promise: receive the parcel, inspect it, and settle on a 14-day clock. The shipping table does not name a credit bureau, a minimum invoice basket, or a gift-address ban. Those details are unknown from pages we could open, so treat invoice as offered, not guaranteed for every login. If checkout switches you to TWINT or a card, that is the live rule. Payments are in Swiss francs.
Swiss Post is the named carrier. For Switzerland and Liechtenstein the table offers B-Post at CHF 0 in about 3–5 working days, and A-Post at plus CHF 3 in about 1–2 days for items marked ready in 1–2 days, excluding bulky and hazardous goods. Available stock is generally said to leave within 1–2 business days, plus 1–3 days in transit. Under CHF 50, the same table adds a CHF 6.95 small-quantity surcharge; over CHF 250, A-Post is free. The FAQ still mentions CHF 5.95, so trust checkout. The homepage still says free shipping from CHF 50. No other countries appear on that table.
Confirm the 14-day invoice option still appears for your basket, note the live dispatch date, and add enough goods to clear the CHF 50 shipping line if you want to skip the small-order surcharge.

Private customers get a 30-day return without stating a reason and a full purchase-price refund if the return is in proper condition. The shop does not refund outbound shipping, and you frank the return. Postage-due parcels are refused. The German returns page sends B-Post to Ideoon GmbH Schweiz, Grüssenhölzliweg 3, 4133 Pratteln; the English return page and one FAQ answer still print Grüssenhölzliweg 5. The register and footer currently use number 3. Copy the address on the invoice slip or the downloadable return form. Swiss Post pick@home is offered as home collection. Pack the original carton and accessories inside a second box; do not tape the product carton.
The 30-day window is for end customers, not commercial buyers. Exclusions include audio and video recordings, magazines, hygiene items, worn, used, or damaged goods, batteries, lamps, and unsealed software. For a swap rather than a refund, the FAQ asks you to call 0848 223 300 first. Warranty is separate: ideoon advertises a two-year product guarantee and says it swaps a defective unit instead of a long repair. That is shop language, not a third-party insurance certificate we could verify. If a gadget fails in month 14, start with the Pratteln hotline and keep the invoice. Do not assume a branded service center will honor an ideoon receipt without a call.

Platin-Account math and the two-year swap
The Platin-Account is a cheap loyalty add-on, not a credit card. For CHF 3 you get 365 days of 3 percent off online merchandise, including sale SKUs, but not shipping. Available (green) stock is promised A-Post while the account is active. It expires on its own with no cancellation step. You need a customer login. Merchants are excluded. One CHF 20 order makes the math silly; restocking ink and garden bits through the year can cover the fee. Guest checkout still works, but you lose order-status login and cannot attach Platin.
Who should order, and who should walk away
ideoon fits Swiss or Liechtenstein households that want a Pratteln warehouse, weekday German-language phone hours, a 14-day invoice, and a broad gadget basket rather than a flagship brand desk. Former pearl.ch customers with a leftover credit or warranty claim are the other audience, because 2025 restart copy said PEARL Schweiz guarantees would transfer. Skip it if you need EU shipping, same-day pickup, or a specialist for a named premium appliance. Skip it as a business buyer if you expected the consumer 30-day window or Platin pricing. Skip hygiene SKUs you might return, and skip 8–12 week listings if you need the item this month. Compare the live statt price with a local retailer before trusting a 70 percent banner.
Ordering is the web cart, or you can still phone, fax 061 826 20 22, email, or post an order. Search accepts a keyword or a paper-catalog article number. Create an account for status tracking and Platin, or check out as a guest. Dispatch of 1–2 working days from Pratteln is common; some new SKUs wait weeks. Select invoice only if the 14-day note still displays. A-Post needs a 1–2 day ready mark and cannot be bulky or hazardous. Keep the invoice because the return form is usually attached. Most of this mix is plug-in household use; window robots and robot vacuums still need a dock, a mapped floor, and the app named on the listing, such as SmartLife on one robot-vac page.
Honest limits sit in the model. ideoon is a value gadget catalog: many SKUs are own-label or lesser-known brands sold far below a printed UVP. That can be a useful kitchen gadget, or a vacuum whose spare parts vanish in three years. The shop says purchasing tests products and that Swiss Edition goods must meet Swiss household norms; it does not publish a named lab report on every SKU. Some listings still carry older PEARL article codes, a leftover of the 2025 split, not proof of current German Pearl stock. Paper-catalog prices can lag the website. If a line is sold out, as the Epson 603XL pack was when we checked, wait or switch SKU.

The registered domicile and German-language footer, as reviewed in September 2026, are Ideoon GmbH, Grüssenhölzliweg 3, CH-4133 Pratteln. Zefix-linked directories show the same street number, UID CHE-458.311.494, and a June 2026 register mutation. Older materials still print Grüssenhölzliweg 5: the May 2025 press release, the HANDELSVERBAND.swiss member card, the English returns page, and a FAQ answer about posting a letter. Both numbers sit in the same Pratteln warehouse district. For a legal letter, use number 3 as currently registered. For a return, copy the invoice or the downloadable form. Does invoice purchase include a published credit check?
Product pages advertise invoice with payment in 14 days, and the shipping table lists invoice beside TWINT and cards for Switzerland and Liechtenstein. That is all the shop makes obvious. We did not find a public AGB paragraph that names a credit bureau, a scoring threshold, a maximum invoice basket, or a gift-address ban. Those rules may exist at checkout or in a terms file we could not open; /de/info/agb.html returned 404. Do not invent a 30-day payment target; the on-page figure is 14 days. If invoice disappears for your login, pay by TWINT or card. Keep the paper invoice, because the returns team wants it with the Retourenschein.
Who pays to send a return, and what is blocked?
Private customers may return unused goods within 30 days without a reason and receive the purchase price if the return is in proper condition. You pay return postage, and ideoon does not refund the original outbound fee. Commercial customers are excluded. Also excluded: audio and video recordings, magazines, hygiene articles, worn, used, or damaged goods, batteries, light bulbs, and unsealed software. Pack original packaging and accessories in a second carton, and do not write on the product box. Call first if a spare cable might beat a full return. After 30 days, the two-year guarantee path is a swap, not a free label; budget B-Post or pick@home.
Will ideoon.ch ship a parcel into the EU?
The live shipping-and-payment table names two destinations only: Switzerland and Liechtenstein, both on Swiss Post, with the same A-Post surcharge, B-Post free option, sub-CHF 50 small-order fee, and the same payment list. No EU country, no UK, and no overseas row appear on that table. A German sister shop exists at ideoon.de under Ideoon Europe GmbH in Weil am Rhein, with euro prices and a different returns desk; that is the path for German-address buyers. If you live in France, Austria, or Italy, do not expect ideoon.ch to invent a DHL label. Alternate delivery inside Switzerland is allowed through the address book. Weather and public holidays are listed as delay risks because Swiss Post actually moves the parcel.
What happened to pearl.ch orders and warranties?
pearl.ch as a Swiss shop is the predecessor story, not a second live catalog you should still pay. The May 2025 note said PEARL Schweiz GmbH ended activity after a split from Pearl Germany, and that ideoon GmbH took the Pratteln team, the warehouse flow, and outstanding guarantee claims. The FAQ repeats that running claims continue and that customer credit balances remain. That is company language, not a court judgment. If you have a 2024 pearl.ch invoice for a gadget that failed, write serviceteam@ideoon.ch with the old order number rather than mailing a German Pearl address. Place new orders on ideoon.ch so the 30-day window and the two-year guarantee attach to the current legal entity.
