The Grandstorm Retractable Vacuum Cleaner listed at $332.49 versus $349.99 on 19 September 2026 is a wall-mounted wet/dry unit with SKUs SGV-W18AR11M and SGV-W18A8M. Can I order Giraffe Tools to Alaska, Hawaii, or a PO Box?
Not from the US policy page we read. Hawaii and Alaska are not offered, and Giraffe Tools says it cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. PayPal address edits cannot be completed after checkout, so the saved PayPal ship-to has to be a street address in the lower 48 before you pay. Shoppers in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, or Japan should use the matching regional site. Express Shipping is a checkout option after the three-business-day processing window and does not override the region ban. Confirm the live policy if you are on a military base inside the contiguous states.
Does the retractable garden hose come off the reel for replacement?
On the wall-mounted retractable garden reels, the long hose does not have a replacement function. The leader hose can be changed, and the nozzle is a standard fitting you can swap. The FAQ is blunt: do not loosen the coil spring, because it is sized for a long water hose and that work is dangerous. If you need a detachable hose, look at the stainless manual wall reel or the carts. Ground-mounted retractable models share the same spring warning. What happens if a home-grade reel is used for paid work?

How do unused returns and warranty refunds differ?
An unused change-of-mind return is a 30-day window from delivery. Warranty refunds are a different path: the shop may repair or replace first, and a full purchase-price refund is described only in the first three months when a unit is deemed non-repairable, then prorated. Used items can take a usage fee. Marketplace purchases are not refunded by Giraffetools Corp. Photograph the inbound label and report crush damage within seven days.
Will a Grandfalls washer live on an exterior wall through winter?
The Pro FAQ says the washer can mount on an outdoor wall and is easy to remove, and it still tells you to take the unit indoors in winter. Warranty language voids coverage for improper storage, including freezing temperatures, and for contaminated water supplies. Operation ranges on Pro include 32°F to 140°F and a maximum inlet of 140°F. That is not permission to leave water in a pump during a freeze. Drain the system and treat an outdoor mount as a fair-weather station. In long freezes, mount inside the garage rather than betting on a UV case alone.
Is GT Care sold by itself after checkout?
No. Product copy states GT Care works only when purchased with a machine and is not valid on its own, and extra items do not stack extra months. Service is requested through a GT Care Service Request form with the order number and GT Care service number. The team is described as responding within 12 hours, then issuing a free label if repair or replacement is needed. Repairs are typically completed within seven business days; replacements within five, depending on complexity. That clock is a support target.
