Walk away if any of this is you

How a carton actually leaves the building

Twenty-four months, then a much shorter wear clock

The Standard Limited Warranty starts on purchase or delivery, whichever is later, and covers the original buyer only. Home-Use Grade: twenty-four months in a house, ninety days once the same machine is used for income, rental, or professional work. Commercial-Grade: thirty-six months residential, twelve months commercial. Wear parts — hoses, O-rings, guns, nozzles, filters, wheels, finish — get one hundred twenty days. Freezing, dirty inlet water, unauthorized repairs, a missing invoice, and a second-hand unit void coverage. Valid claims can be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Full refunds are described for the first three months, then prorated. And that 120-day hose clock is the one people skip while they argue about the two-year badge.

GT Care is sold with a machine, not alone. Pages describe a thirty-day extension on the twenty-four month clock, one repair or replacement in twenty-five months, accidental-damage parts coverage, a twelve-hour support target, and a prepaid label when a return is authorized. I saw about thirty dollars on some hose reels, plus a few promotional zeroes on 27 September 2026. Extra items do not stack extra months. Buy the official seller name. A random tile with a similar giraffe is not the warranty desk.

Can I add GT Care after I have already checked out?

No. Product copy states GT Care works only when purchased with a machine and is not valid on its own. Extra items do not stack extra months. Service is requested through a GT Care form with the order number and the care service number. When does my order actually start moving?

The processing window is up to three business days after payment clears, not including weekends and holidays. After midnight Eastern, you are on the next business day's clock. Shipping then takes about three business days for in-stock goods unless the product page says otherwise. Accessories can lag in a second carton. You can cancel in the first twenty-four hours if it has not shipped. After that, unused returns put the inbound freight on you. Will a wall washer survive winter on an exterior wall?
