On 16 September 2026 a Mikasa V300W competition ball was listed from €94.95 (sale €75.96) with a 10-pack from €949.50 (sale €735.90). That page gives 15 days to send after acceptance; a help-center article on the same site says 30 days. Follow the live returns flow in your account. Can Direct-Volley exchange a shoe that is the wrong size?
No. The returns page states that Direct-Volley does not offer a direct exchange for size, color, or model. You open a return from the order history, send the unused pair with tags and original box to the Montlouis-sur-Loire returns desk, then place a new order for the size you need. Refund timing follows receipt of the first pair, so a club that must kit twelve athletes before Saturday should not treat the first order as a fitting room. Shoes may be tried only as far as you would in a store; dirt or missing labels can kill the return. If the pair is defective, customer service can approve a prepaid label after photos. For a first Asics or Mizuno last, use the on-page Guide des tailles and budget return postage into the pair’s true cost.
