The hall is older than that ABN. Williams The Shoemen opened in Ballarat in 1864. Use it if you will open a free Shoebucks account so the $79 ship line and the second-pair cut actually fire.
Walk past if you need one heritage boot brand with width fittings beyond the E last on a Clarks school shoe. Walk past if you live outside Australia and New Zealand. Walk past if you refuse a loyalty login and still want free StarTrack on a $70 sale sandal. Walk past a Final Sale tile if you assumed the thirty-day window still applies. Walk past the website if you wanted an online size swap without a second order. Walk past if an unmarked-sole rule sounds like a test you will fail on kitchen tiles.

Hosanna Pink Multi sandals were $89.95. Inori W Silver Glitter heels were $99.95. Supersoft Hallies Black Leather ballet flats listed at $169.95, Evone White Rose Gold leather sneakers at $179.95. Diana Ferrari Simle Tan Leather sandals were $159.95 with a 1.2 centimetre heel and an AU/US row of 6 through 10. Aisling Navy Steel Crackle loafers were $149.95. Deitha ankle boots in red, olive, or emerald leather sat at $199.95.

Dakota Light Grey sneakers were $49.00 from $169.95. Silverton Black Leather still asked $189.95. Emilly knee-highs were $199.00 from $329.95. Fantastica ankle boots were $99.00 from $229.95. That is why a guest $10 fee stings: one sale sandal does not clear the threshold unless you add a second pair or pick Click & Collect.
Men’s Colorado filled the other half of the same house brand. Ritter Brown Leather Chelseas were $199.95. Moto Black Crazyhorse Chelseas listed at $229.95, with a $149.00 strike on another tile the same afternoon. Rodeo Black Leather Chelseas and Crown Dark Brown lace-ups were $229.95 and $199.95. C88 by Colorado Rap Taupe and Rap Black lace-ups sat at $129.95, and I also saw $79.00 strikes. Utah Dark Brown suede was $79.00 from $169.95. Condor Chocolate sneakers were $129.95.

Skechers used a different cent ending — $139.99 next to Colorado’s $159.95 habit. The SKX Work Comp Toe printed a composite safety toe, a slip-resistant sole, and that size-down warning. I did not stand in those boots, so I cannot grade the toe cap. I can tell you the SKU was live and the last note is on the page, which is more useful than a generic true-to-size line the site does not print.

The size-guide page is the document most people skip. Williams stocks brands on US, UK, and EU scales. For women, the Australian size is the US size. For men, the Australian size is the UK size. That swap is how a couple leaves with one pair that fits and one that does not. The Simle sandal only offered 6 through 10. School shoes used Clarks-style E fittings: Daytona Senior E, Roar Senior E, Darcy Senior E. I could not lift a complete centimetre table from the size-guide render on 26 September 2026. The page leaked fragments — a 21.6 centimetre women’s mark, men’s lengths around 26.3 to 30.0 centimetres. Treat the live chart as the conversion.
Brand last still beats the chart. The SKX work boot tells you to size down. A Colorado Chelsea and a Clarks school lace-up with the same printed number will not share a toe box. The guide warns that each maker’s scale can drift. If a child’s foot sits between junior and senior, the store fitting is the honest tool. I also could not confirm whether the old Strutfit photo-measure tool still lives on the 2026 site; it did not appear in the pages I opened.
StarTrack will bill $10 unless Shoebucks is logged in
Domestic parcels go StarTrack. Tracking links point at Australia Post. The FAQ says free standard delivery goes to Shoebucks members inside Australia on orders of $79 or more, and the member must be logged in. Under $79 is $10. New Zealand is $15 on every order, quoted up to ten business days, and the site does not ship past Australia and New Zealand. Standard domestic timing is one to four business days. Product tiles also advertised free express in one to three days over $79. I could not reconcile every banner. Some chrome still said free delivery over $65 while the FAQ held $79. Pay the number checkout paints after you sign in.
Multi-line orders can split. You get separate StarTrack emails and more than one tracking number, with no extra ship fee. A parcel may leave from a sister brand, so the slip can say Mathers. They do not deliver to Click & Collect locations. You cannot cancel once the order is submitted. Address fixes before dispatch go through care. Terms let the house cancel before dispatch for missing stock, a price error, or a postage price that does not match the address. Guest payment listed Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Union Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, and Zip. PayPal is not available in store.
Three-hour Click & Collect only works if that mall still holds the box
Click & Collect is free and has no minimum spend. You pick a store that shows the size in stock, order at least three hours before that store’s close, and wait for the ready email. The official info page still publishes 140-plus stores across every Australian state and territory and a locator at /store-locator. Named centres on the stockist list included Westfield Bondi Junction, Warringah Mall, and Macarthur Square. I did not walk 140 centres on 26 September 2026, so I cannot certify the live count. A cyclone banner from early March was still in the page chrome.
If the size is missing at your mall, the site tells you to switch stores or fall back to home delivery, where the $79 threshold and the $10 fee return. This is the right path for a Friday school shoe when you can get to the centre. It is the wrong path if you wanted a letterbox on Monday and you live two hours from the nearest Williams.
Unmarked soles, no web swap, and a ten-day wait at the returns shed
Eligible Australian returns are free for thirty days through Australia Post if the pair is unworn, undamaged, unmarked, and back in the original box. They treat the box as part of the item. Sole marks are listed as refusals. Start an online return at /sales/guest/form, or walk into a Williams store with the receipt. In-store exchanges are allowed; if the new pair costs more, you pay the gap at the till. The website will not process an exchange. For a size change you place a new order and send the first pair back inside thirty days. Goods can take up to ten business days to reach the returns facility. Refunds go to the original method and can take another seven days. Terms 16.1 also wants email notice within thirty days of delivery.
Final Sale tiles are carved out unless the pair is faulty. The late-2025 sixty-day Christmas window, 10 November to 31 December 2025, is closed. A September 2026 basket is back on thirty days. I could not verify a free New Zealand return label from the pages I opened. If you are posting from Auckland, ask care before you assume the satchel is on them. Faulty pairs go to the care team. Australian Consumer Law still sits under the marketing policy for a genuine fault.
A $69 Colorado Diya on sale is a mall sandal with a box you must keep clean. Buy it if you will try it on carpet and use the free Australia Post label. Leave it if you wanted a worn-in pair you can walk home on and still send back.

Shoebucks is free. The $10 welcome still wants $30 of full-price shoes.
Join online or at the till. You must be eighteen and use an email that is not already on an account. The welcome $10 posts in twenty-four to forty-eight hours, not when you hit create. It needs a $30 spend on full-priced items in one transaction. Older accounts were dropped into All Members with no welcome. Tiers run on net annual spend: All Members from signup, Silver at $200 to $349.99, Gold at $350 and up. Birthday dollars are $15, $30, or $40 by tier. Anniversary dollars are $10, $20, or $30. A referral pays the member $10 after a new friend’s first $50 full-price order. Rewards last thirty days and vanish if you return the pair they paid for. They cannot buy a gift card.
Second pair half price is the everyday member offer. You log in, put two pairs in the bag, and the cheaper pair is the one that qualifies. 2026 promotion pages say the discount is applied proportionally across both lines, so the tax invoice will not always show a clean fifty percent on one SKU. Gift cards, last pairs, and accessories are out. Lynx was excluded on the 30 March 2026 back-to-school text. A Pines centre card also excluded Lynx Blue. If January school shoes are Lynx, do not count on the second-pair math. A March 2026 tile offered 20 percent off full RRP Colorado and ROC school shoes; that window is closed.
School week: Clarks E fittings, a Colorado warranty form, and a pair you cannot scuff
The kids school grid listed more than two hundred results. Clarks Daytona Senior E black leather lace-ups were $159.95. Roar Senior E lace-ups were $169.95 on one tile and $189.95 on a brand grid the same day — the site disagreed with itself. ROC Larrikin Senior lace-ups were $159.95. Junior Hello Kitty Clarks sat between $119.95 and $129.95. Darcy Jnr E PP black was $29.00 from $109.95. Colorado Resilience school shoes carry a twelve-month workmanship warranty, claimed by emailing care with the invoice. That is not a change-of-mind pass. The Resilience page printed customercare@williamshoes.com.au, one s short of the care mailbox.
A worn school shoe is a dead change-of-mind return. The unmarked-sole rule is brutal in January when a child tries the pair on linoleum. Fit in the store, or try on carpet with the box open. The house warranty and the Australian Consumer Law are for faults, not for a child who grew two millimetres in a fortnight. If you need a size hedge, buy the pair, keep the box, and use the thirty-day window before sport day.

I could not get a clean published guest rate for a $90 pair without an account — some banners implied the $79 line was general. Create the free account, sign in, and read the checkout fee. Split parcels do not add a second ship charge. Click & Collect stays free with no minimum.
Can I change size on a web order without buying twice?
No. The site cannot process an online exchange. You place a new order for the size you want and return the first pair inside thirty days, unworn, box included, soles clean. Or you take the pair to a Williams store with the receipt and swap there, paying any price gap. Final Sale pairs stay out unless they are faulty. Plan the extra hold on your card if you are hedging two sizes.
What cards work, and can a gift card ride Afterpay?
The FAQ lists Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Union Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, and Zip. PayPal is web-only. Afterpay is four instalments over six weeks. Gift cards are $10 to $500, expire 36 months from issue, and cannot be purchased with Afterpay, PayPal, or another gift card. Shoebucks dollars also cannot buy a gift card. Refunds return to the original method.
Does second pair half price cover Clarks or Lynx school shoes?
You must be a logged-in Shoebucks member with two pairs in one transaction, and the second pair must be equal or lesser value. The cut is applied across both lines on the invoice. Gift cards, last pairs, and accessories are excluded. The 30 March 2026 school-sale text excluded Lynx. Clarks was not named on that exclusion list, but a later member sneaker promo turned the second-pair benefit off entirely. Read the live promotions page before you assume January maths still hold.
Can I cancel after I click pay?
Terms clause 11 says orders may not be cancelled once submitted. If the parcel has not left, care may still fix an address. After dispatch you wait for the box and use the thirty-day return if the pair is unused. The house can cancel before dispatch for stock, price, or postage mismatches and should not charge you if they cancel without your fault. There is no self-serve cancel button on the pages I opened.
Will they post a pair to the United Kingdom or the United States?
No. The delivery FAQ says they ship inside Australia and to New Zealand only. A UK or US billing card does not create a label to those addresses. If you are in New Zealand, budget the $15 flat fee and up to ten business days, and ask care about return postage before you click. Click & Collect does not exist outside the Australian store map.
