TULIO, styled Tulio on its About page, is an Australian-owned women's clothing shop that sells online from Brisbane. Ron Stephens and Stacey Dale founded it in 2014 after a conversation that started as a website request and became a partnership they still call a happy accident. Early photos were shot in a spare bedroom; parcels left a shed while both still ran other fashion businesses. They later closed those firms, hired staff, and outgrew a first warehouse. Fulfilment now sits in a roughly 500 square metre warehouse at 4a/229 Robinson Road East, Geebung, Queensland 4034, also printed as the return address. Service hours listed are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. AEST, at customerservice@tulio.com.au and 07 3265 7245. The contact page states TULIO is online only, with no physical stores.
The homepage on 17 September 2026 frames the shop as mature women's clothing: dresses, tops, pants, and occasion styles, with a headline size band of 10–22. That band is a map, not a ceiling. Brand Instagram copy lists 8–22/24, dress-collection copy mentions 8–24, and many product selectors run from 8 through 22 or 24. Letter sizes (S–XXL, sometimes 3XL) appear on bamboo tees and some tunics. Cards we opened mostly sat between about $39.95 and $129, with occasion outliers such as the Marrakesh Dress in Navy at $219.95 and the Margo Dress in Blue Turco at $199.95. Some collections advertise Afterpay and ZipPay. Treat every price here as listed on that September date, because sale tiles move.
Avalon, Stella, Cornwall, and a mixed supplier rack
TULIO is a multi-brand webshop with a house line, not a single factory label. Avalon is described as an exclusive in-house range of everyday dresses, tops, and pants at wearable prices. CS Pants in black, navy, charcoal, and moss green were $49.95, often in sizes 8–24. Gianna Pants, tagged Exclusive on several colours, were $59.95 in a tapered pull-on cut, with petite versions for shorter frames. Cordelia Street supplies Travel Pants in Black at $69.95. That product page notes Gianna tapers while Cordelia Street stays straighter to the ankle, even though both use elastic waists and jersey. Reordering the "same" pant without checking the maker is how you get a different leg.
Dresses dominate the grid. The Stella Dress in Black was $79.95: V-neck, cap sleeves, pockets, crinkle stretch jersey, knee length, 90% polyester and 10% elastane. Cornwall replaced the older Brighton name after a fit refresh; Khaki Botanical was $69.95 in 100% rayon, midi length, with more bust room and a less oversized skirt. Cornwall Petite exists as a shorter length. The dresses aisle also listed Anwen Petite Must Have Dresses at $79.95, Elvira Dress in Black at $89.95, and Gordes Dress in Patchwork at $129.00. Beside clothing: Highfields Teardrop Earrings at $39.95 and the Harnet Bracelet at $49.95. Earrings are excluded from returns for hygiene, so treat jewellery as a keep-or-gift buy.

Read the fibre line before you pack the dress for a cruise
TULIO's travel pitch is fabric behaviour, not a packing miracle. Stella's crinkle polyester-elastane mix is sold as no-iron and pocketed, which suits a suitcase, but polyester can feel warm on a hot Australian day if you expected cotton. Cornwall is woven rayon, non-stretch, with decorative bust buttons that do not fasten. Rayon breathes in heat and wrinkles unless you roll it with care. Cordelia Street Travel Pants are 90% polyester and 10% elastane: light and crease-resistant, not winter wool and not a canvassed trouser. If you want a heavier Australian-made jersey, The Signature Pants list 92% polyester and 8% elastane at $79.95. The Kayla Top in Tropical Blue, $39.95, is 100% crinkle cotton by One Summer, so the crease is the finish.
Bamboo tees at $59.95 use 95% bamboo viscose and 5% elastane. Product copy lists softness, breathability, and easy care; it also claims moisture-wicking, antibacterial, UV-protecting, and hypoallergenic performance. Treat those extra claims as marketing language, not lab certificates we verified. The same pages warn that bamboo can show fold marks from parcels or pegs because fibres compress, and that steam usually lifts the mark. Letter sizing on tees does not map one-to-one to numeric dresses: a 12 in Cornwall may still need Large or XL in a tee for relaxed drape. Open the garment size chart on the colour you want. If the chart is still pending, the page says so; wait or email customer service rather than guess.
Numeric sizes, letter sizes, and the petite caveat
The size-guide page says TULIO sizing is usually generous and that you can often ignore the waist because most garments are not tight there. When a waist matters, it appears on that style's own chart. Staff measure pieces laid flat, then double the number, and they stretch elastic toward an expected fit, while warning this is not exact. Their method is to lay a favourite dress or pant flat, measure underarm-to-underarm and hip, double those figures, and compare them with the Garment Size Chart button above the size selector. A retractable tape is sold on that page for $4.95. Models include Emma (size 10–12, 175 cm, bust 94 cm, hips 101 cm), Stacey (size 16, 165 cm, bust 108 cm, hips 126 cm), and Caitlin (size 16–18, 176 cm, bust 109 cm, hips 126 cm).
Petite is the word most likely to mislead. The women's petite pants collection states that many pieces in that grid are not made to petite patterns; they are styles staff think will suit petite shapes. Separate SKUs are cut shorter. CS Pants Petite and Gianna Pants Petite are described as sitting full length on women 5'4" and under. Petite Travel Pants by Cordelia St are a shorter take on the $69.95 jersey travel pant. Cornwall Petite and Anwen Petite dresses are named lengths, not a promise that every floral midi will hit mid-calf on a 160 cm wearer. If you are 5'4" or under, filter for Petite in the product title. The shop did not publish a tall range on the pages we opened, so long regular legs may still need a hem.

TULIO fits a mature Australian shopper who wants A-line dresses, elastic-waist pants, and travel knits in sizes that commonly run through 22 or 24, shipped from Queensland with a tracking number. It is a strong match if you already know your TULIO size from a previous Stella or Gianna, or if you will measure a favourite garment and use a free size exchange. It also suits cruises, family lunches, and warm days when a crinkle dress or bamboo tee beats a structured shirt. Afterpay and ZipPay appear on collection pages if you prefer to split payment. A three-week price-drop credit gives store credit for the difference if your size is marked down and still in stock. Final Clearance is excluded from that credit once the size has sold out.
Skip TULIO if you need to try garments on in a shop; the contact page is explicit that there are no stores. Skip it if your address is in the United States: the shipping page on 17 September 2026 said US orders are not accepted because of current tariffs. Skip it if you want a canvassed blazer, a defined-waist suit, or corseted eveningwear; occasion wear here is mostly printed dresses, tunics, and pull-on pants. Skip earrings and candles if you might return them, because hygiene rules block those refunds. Skip Final Sale if you need a cash refund: those lines come back as store credit with a $10.95 label fee. Skip the shop if you wear smaller than an 8, or if you need a documented tall pattern. International buyers pay their own duty.
I recommend TULIO as a Brisbane mail-order wardrobe for mature cuts and pull-on ease, not as a boutique you can walk into. The live shipping table on 17 September 2026 is clearer than the page title, which still mentions free shipping over $60. Standard Australian postage is free on orders over $100 (listed 2–5 days); express is free over $170 (1–2 days). Under those thresholds, standard is $9.95 (1–4 days) and express is $14.95 (1–2 days). Western Australia and the Northern Territory are sent Express Post automatically, usually 2–4 days. TULIO may withdraw that complimentary express upgrade if it considers cancellations or returns unfair. Orders generally leave within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Express placed before 2:00 p.m. is sent the same day when possible. You get a tracking number. Change-of-mind refunds repay the item price only, not original outbound shipping. Times follow Australia Post, not a private courier promise.

Does TULIO have stores where I can try pieces on?
No. The contact page states that TULIO is online only and does not have physical stores. Fitting happens at home, which is why the size guide pushes garment measurements and a $4.95 tape, and why free size exchange exists. Packets ship from 4a/229 Robinson Road East, Geebung QLD 4034. If you want a change room, use a local retailer first, then order a TULIO colourway once you know a numeric size. Customer service answers sizing questions by email or phone Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. AEST; Facebook messaging is listed as another path. None of those channels replaces trying a jacket on in person, so structured outerwear is a weak use of this shop even when a tunic looks right on the model.
What sizes does TULIO actually stock?
It depends on the SKU. Homepage copy on 17 September 2026 said sizes 10–22. Dress-collection text said 8–24. Many Avalon pants selectors run 8–24; some bamboo tees run S–XXL or S–3XL; some dresses stop at 18 or 20 when stock is thin. Models include size 8 (MJ, Madeline, Anna D) and size 16–18 (Caitlin). There is no published size 6 on the pages we reviewed. Length is a second axis: named petite pants and some petite dresses are cut shorter, while the general petite collection admits that not every item in that grid is a petite pattern. Read the size buttons on the product you are buying, then the garment chart, then the model stats. A European 38 does not automatically equal a TULIO 10.
How do returns, size exchanges, and Final Sale work?
Start at the Returns Hub with your order number and checkout email within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, tagged, and free of marks, scent, odour, pet hair, or damage. Size exchanges and store-credit returns include a free prepaid label; Australia Post can print it if you have no printer. Refunds to the original payment method have a flat $9.95 label fee deducted, and outbound shipping is not refunded on change of mind. Final Sale comes back only as store credit, with a $10.95 label fee. Earrings and consumables such as candles, lip balms, creams, sanitiser, bath salts, and soaps cannot be returned. Store credit used at checkout refunds to credit, not to a card. Writing Return to Sender on the box can trigger a $15 fee. Credit may appear within 24 hours of lodging; cash refunds wait until the warehouse receives the parcel.
Can TULIO ship to New Zealand or the United States?
New Zealand is supported. Standard shipping is free on NZ orders over $199 and $15.95 under that, both listed at 3–7 days, not counting customs queues. Other named destinations include Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Fiji, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, South Africa, and Sri Lanka, plus Norfolk Island at $14.95 under $199. Rest-of-world postage is $35 for a 4–14 day standard window. The United States is not currently served; the shipping page blamed US tariffs and said orders cannot be sent there. International buyers pay their own tax and duty. TULIO is not responsible for extra charges requested in transit. Paid domestic express does not apply to the NZ lane; use the NZ rows on the table. Keep tracking until any return is processed, because lost-in-transit returns are not completed without that record.
