I opened the English Tiqets US storefront at tiqets.com/en/ on 26 September 2026 after tiqets.com redirected there. The first module was Best places to visit in United States, with New York, Atlanta, Seattle, Chicago, and Houston in US dollars. That is the cart this guide covers. The company behind the site is Tiqets International B.V., James Wattstraat 77, 1097DL Amsterdam, Chamber of Commerce 59620285, VAT NL853573876B01. The complete terms I pulled the same day say that if you live in the United States, Travelscape, LLC collects the payment on behalf of Tiqets International B.V. Older public pages still mention Tiqets Inc. I never saw a live card descriptor, so I will not invent one.

Tiqets is a marketplace, not the museum. The complete terms call the platform an online marketplace where suppliers list museums, landmarks, attractions, and tours. Tiqets refers your order to that supplier and moves the data. It says it is not an organiser or retailer of travel packages under Directive (EU) 2015/2302. You are bound to the order for 48 hours. The supplier can accept or reject in that window. The contract with the venue is evidenced by the confirmation email and the tickets arriving through Tiqets. If the supplier cannot issue the tickets, it may modify or cancel within 48 hours of payment and refund the Order Amount.

The privacy policy names Tiqets International B.V. as the controller and says other Tiqets entities and Expedia Group companies may receive booking data. For a US resident, the complete terms switch governing law to Delaware and the United States. Disputes go to AAA consumer arbitration seated in Wilmington, with a class-action waiver and a one-year filing limit unless a longer statute applies. You can opt out of arbitration in writing within 30 days of first accepting the terms. I did not mail that letter. A $38 observation-deck QR still sits under a Delaware seat if you later fight the charge.

Who should buy a Tiqets QR, and who should walk to the window

This cart is for a traveler who already knows the venue name and wants a timed slot on a phone before they fly. You will read the reschedule block on that SKU, not a global refund promise on the homepage. You can keep a charged phone. You accept that skip-the-line here usually means you skip the ticket-purchase window, not bag check. You will contact Tiqets Help Center first, because every product page I opened said Tiqets acts as the contact on behalf of the supplier.

Skip Tiqets if you need a cash refund the night before a dated ticket and the product page does not grant it. Skip it if you want the statutory EU cooling-off period; the complete terms say that right does not apply to services on a specific date. Skip it if you plan to edit a screenshot of the QR, because changing a date, timeslot, venue, booking number, or barcode voids the ticket with no compensation. Skip it if you are a New Yorker who can use MoMA’s first-Friday resident tickets, which the MoMA page said are free at the museum with proof of residency, reserved in advance, two adults, 16:00 to 20:00.

What the Tiqets US homepage priced on 26 September 2026

I opened the cart on 26 September 2026 from that English US homepage and then from the New York city page at /en/new-york-attractions-c260932/. The homepage printed from-prices, not a locked Saturday timeslot. Edge NYC started at $38.09 with an up-to-25-percent label. SUMMIT One Vanderbilt started at $49.55. Top of the Rock started at $29.40. MoMA entry started at $30.00. Bronx Zoo started at $43.95. American Museum of Natural History started at $37.00. New York Attraction Passes started at $70.50. Helicopter tours started at $236.55. A 17:00 Edge slot can sit higher once you pick a date.

I clicked through MoMA p974081, Edge p993713, Edge Express p1092570, and SUMMIT p1023033 far enough to see date chips and the reschedule box. I did not finish a paid checkout. I never saw Apple Pay, PayPal, a named card grid, or a separate booking-fee row after a timeslot. If a later Saturday adds a convenience line, that field is unpublished on the pages I reached.

Skip-the-ticket-window is not skip-the-bag-check

MoMA’s product page told me to show a smartphone ticket at the main entrance. It also said wait times may vary, and that admission is one-time with no re-entry. Online booking here holds a timed entry and skips the general-admission purchase line. It is not a promise that security is empty. The same page includes gallery access, special exhibitions, an audio program on your own device, and MoMA PS1 in Queens within 14 days of the first visit. Hours on the page were 10:30 to 17:30. Large bags still go to coat check under the museum’s own rules.

Edge entry p993713 sends you to Level 4 at The Shops & Restaurants, 30 Hudson Yards. You show the mobile ticket and you are told to arrive on time for the selected timeslot. The page includes indoor installations plus the indoor and outdoor decks. Champagne is an add-on in checkout, not a default pour. Food and drinks are not included. The operator is KRE HYOD OWNER LLC. The page estimates a 45-to-60-minute visit.

SUMMIT p1023033 is the fussiest arrival rule I opened. The entrance is on the Main Concourse of Grand Central Terminal, below street level. Present the smartphone ticket. Plan to arrive 15 minutes before the slot. Tickets are timed. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may wait for an open slot or reschedule with a fee, based on availability. The fee amount is unpublished. Last admission is one hour before closing. The provider is Summit Ova Tenant LLC. Included floors are Air, Reflect, and Levitation, plus the 360-degree view. If your train is late into Grand Central, that unpublished fee is the risk.

MoMA’s 24-hour clock is not Edge’s timeslot clock

The homepage promised flexible cancellation options on all venues. The complete terms walk that back. Cancellation exists only when the product description says so. There is no statutory duty on the supplier to take a change. If the supplier grants a cancel or a date change, Tiqets can process it. Refund requests are allowed until 28 days after the date the tickets are valid. After that window I found no published path. Dated tickets also sit outside the EU distant-sales withdrawal right. Force majeure is the other refund path: extreme weather, incidents, strikes, or measures that stop the visit can let the supplier withdraw immediately and refund the Order Amount.

Read the cancel sentence on the SKU you are buying, not the homepage line about flexibility. MoMA and SUMMIT give you a day. Edge general admission gives you until the slot. Edge Express cuts you off the night before. Those are three different products wearing one brand header.

The QR is the product, and the app is optional storage

After a successful payment, Tiqets says it tries to deliver admission tickets as soon as possible. Combo pages I opened described email delivery. The iOS and Android apps store tickets offline. You do not need an account to order. An account stores tickets and pre-fills details. Commercial resale voids the tickets. The supplier can refuse you if the name, email, or phone you typed is wrong.

Support is not a box-office window. The supplier FAQ, written for venues, says visitors get 24/7 customer service and can reach agents by email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and Twitter. Product pages route you to the Tiqets Help Center as the supplier’s contact. You still have no printed packing slip and no returns portal with a prepaid label. The ticket either scans or you open a case. If you paid by card, a granted refund should return to the same card. I could not run a refund, so that path stays a terms statement, not a test.

A combo is two doors wearing one from-price

The New York page and the MoMA location page sell bundles that look like a single pass and behave like two timed contracts. RockMoMA listed from $81.00 struck to $70.50. MoMA plus SUMMIT listed from $104.68 struck to $82.00. NYC Museum Bundle listed from $97.00 struck to $84.50. MoMA plus Guggenheim listed from $60.00 struck to $57.00. MoMA plus AMNH listed from $67.00 struck to $63.65. MoMA plus Edge listed from $68.09 struck to $64.69. AMNH plus SUMMIT listed from $86.55 struck to $80.49 on one card and from $82.51 struck to $76.73 on combo b44733. Screenshot the live card. CityPASS at $149.00 on the AMNH page is a five-attraction pass, a different job from a two-venue combo. The complete terms say a bundle is sold at the accumulated, possibly adjusted, retail prices of the underlying products. Search ranking can use availability, your date, popularity, and profitability for Tiqets. The first card is not a neutral box-office sort. Venue FAQ copy, aimed at suppliers, says Tiqets works on commission with no monthly venue fee, pays suppliers monthly, and lists 65 countries, 1,300-plus cities, and 17 languages. I did not receive a supplier invoice, so the commission rate is unpublished to shoppers.

Fields the US cart still will not print

I could not verify three things a careful buyer will want. I never completed payment, so I cannot name the card brands, wallets, or pay-later options on the last step. I never saw a split of the Order Amount into venue price versus Tiqets commission versus tax, even though the terms admit fees live inside that total. I never saw whether a US statement prints Travelscape, LLC, Tiqets, or another Expedia Group label. If your workplace needs a named merchant for reimbursement, use the venue box office or the museum’s own site.

Child and concession pricing stays unpublished until you pick a headcount. MoMA’s location FAQ, on Tiqets’ own page, said adult admission is typically around $30, seniors about $22, students with ID about $17, and children under 16 usually free with an adult. Those figures are typical-range language, not a locked SKU I added to a cart. I did not get a child ticket into checkout, so I cannot swear the $0 child line appears for a Saturday in October. If you are traveling with teenagers, open the date picker and count the actual rows.

Does a skip-the-line label get me past security at MoMA or Hudson Yards?

Not on the pages I read. MoMA’s skip language is about the ticket-purchase window and timed entry at 11 West 53rd Street. You still show a phone at the main entrance, and the page warns that wait times vary. Edge Express sells skip-the-line elevator access on top of entry; Edge general admission does not. SUMMIT wants you 15 minutes early at Grand Central’s Main Concourse and can fee a late reschedule if you miss the slot by more than 20 minutes. Bring the phone charged. Why is the Tiqets from-price different from the venue website?

Tiqets is an intermediary. The Order Amount includes VAT, fees, discounts, and other taxes in one number. Supplier-facing FAQ copy says Tiqets earns a commission when a ticket sells, with no monthly fee to the venue. Ranking can include profitability. Official box-office rates, resident free nights, and member prices live on the venue site. I compared listing floors on 26 September 2026, not a paid dual checkout against moma.org or the Edge box office, so I will not claim a dollar-for-dollar markup.

Can I change the date after I pay, and how late can I do it?

Only if that SKU’s reschedule line says so. MoMA p974081 and SUMMIT p1023033 allowed reschedule until 24 hours before the visit date. Edge p993713 allowed reschedule anytime before the visit. Edge Express p1092570 cut reschedule at 23:59 the day before. Combo b44733 repeated the 24-hour reschedule rule on each leg. I did not complete a date change, so I cannot confirm whether a reschedule keeps the original price or reprices the new slot. SUMMIT’s late-arrival note is the one place I saw an explicit extra fee, and even there the dollar amount was missing.

Do I need an account, and do I have to print the ticket?

No account is required to place an order. An account is storage and faster checkout. MoMA, Edge, and SUMMIT pages all told me to show a smartphone ticket. MoMA’s location FAQ said you do not need to print. The apps advertise offline storage. Printing a spare page is still rational if your phone dies, but the product is the mobile barcode. Confirm Tiqets International B.V. in Amsterdam, Travelscape, LLC as the US collector named in the live terms, and the supplier on the product page. Keep the confirmation email. Prices move. Reopen the English US cart on the day you buy.
