I almost paid in dollars from a sofa in Berlin. That is the first thing that goes wrong with Rose on Six: two storefronts share a name, and the wrong hostname looks fine until the currency symbol loads.

roseonsix.com is the euro shop. It ships to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The twin at us.roseonsix.com speaks dollars and, on a mid-March 2026 policy, adds the United States as a ship-to country. Same Digiteau pair in the footer. Different checkout. If you bookmarked a sale tile from an English search, open the address bar before you pick a letter size. I opened the euro shop again on 27 September 2026. I do not have an unpublished live cart from that morning to quote, so every euro figure below is a last-seen snapshot from mid-September, not a promise at your till.

The invoice says London. The box goes back to Hannover.

This is mail-order underwear, not a street boutique with a fitting room. Terms last touched at the end of August 2026 name DIGITEAU EUROPE LTD as the contracting seller. Companies House lists that UK company as number 16201310, incorporated 22 January 2025, at International House, 101 King's Cross Road, London WC1X 9LP. The same London line appears in the footer with a note that you cannot return goods there. I spent a minute wondering why a Toronto parent and a Vienna tower show up on a German underwear checkout. International mail-order brands do this: marketing in one place, merchant of record in another, warehouse in a third. Bring it back to the practical bit. If the box is wrong, you are not writing to King's Cross Road and you are not taking the lift in DC Tower. You are dealing with a German warehouse address that the refund policy actually prints, and the London line is there so the invoice has a company, not so you have a drop-off.

High waist, compression fabric, a few stays, a silicone grip at the waist so the band does not roll, and a crotch opening so you can use the bathroom without peeling the whole thing off. Last I saw, they sat from about sixty euros against a higher regular near eighty. A snap-close bodysuit and a couple of maxi briefs sit in the same aisle; I am not naming them as if they were a second closet. These are clothes you wear under a dress or trousers. They are not a diet. They are not a clinic device.

Sale tiles move. Recheck the live price. I won't invent a 27 September unpublished checkout just to sound current.

The size chart is a collapse, not a translation

You don't leave checkout with an 80D on the receipt. The published guide folds band seventy through one hundred twenty and cups B through I into S through 3XL. Worked example: band eighty, cup D, letter M. A 70B or 75C becomes S. A 90D becomes L. A 100G shopper can end up in 2XL or 3XL, depending which row she reads. Blank cells are not a suggestion to guess; that cup is not sold on that band. Between two letters, take the smaller one. The bra is supposed to arrive with a matching extender so you can loosen the band later. Measure the underbust in centimeters. A dress size will not do that job.

Do you cut the hygiene sticker to try the cups, or do you do the awkward over-the-bra dance and hope the band tells you enough? That is the real size question, and it is not on the chart. The chart gets you a letter. The sticker decides whether you still have a way back if the letter was wrong.

Who this shop is actually for

Stay if you live in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland and you want a wire-free bra that publishes how 70-to-120 bands and B-to-I cups collapse into S through 3XL, including a lot of D-through-I rows, and you can live with trying the first letter at home. Stay if you want everyday shaping shorts under a dress or tailored trousers and you will actually use the free size swap when that letter is wrong. Lizenzwerft wrote up a February 2026 tie-in with Angelina Kirsch, the German curvy model and presenter, and the EU homepage still quotes her. That is a fuller-bust everyday pitch, not a Saturday-night set.

• You live outside Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. roseonsix.com will not send the box on that hostname.
• You need underwire, a nursing clip, a sports bra with a numbered impact rating, or a post-surgical device sold as medical kit.
• Your measured band-and-cup pair sits in an empty cell on the letter chart.
• You will not keep the hygiene seal intact. Opened intimate apparel can be shut out of both exchange and refund.

How the money actually moves

Filling the cart does not finish the sale. Under the terms, Digiteau Europe LTD only binds itself when it confirms the order or hands the parcel to a carrier. At the end of August 2026 checkout could show a card, PayPal, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, or Shopify Payments, and any of those buttons can vanish. Klarna Bank AB in Stockholm can offer delayed or immediate payment after it runs a credit check for shoppers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. PayPal sits with PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. in Luxembourg. Cards and Apple Pay can run through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd in Dublin.

Here is where I got stuck the first time I read the contact page. Who you pay is not always the same company. Card, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are billed to Digiteau Europe Ltd in London. PayPal on www.roseonsix.com is sold by Digiteau Technologies Ltd in Toronto, and the UK company is described there as the in-market marketing and logistics partner. They still say EU withdrawal rights and the statutory warranty apply on both paths. A preorder is the other trap: Klarna and PayPal disappear, and they charge you immediately. If you wanted to delay payment on a restock, that door is already shut.

Three countries, five-to-seven days, and a Swiss asterisk

On roseonsix.com, the 31 August 2026 shipping page will only send to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Type another country and that hostname is supposed to refuse you. They list one to two business days to process, Monday through Friday, holidays off. Transit is five to seven business days in all three countries, then a tracking email after handover. If three business days pass with no tracking, write support@roseonsix.com. Footer tiles still advertise free standard shipping from seventy euros.

The catch: section 6 of that same shipping page puts Swiss duty, import tax, and handling on you if they appear. A homepage banner that claims there will be no customs sits right next to that sentence. If the box is going to Switzerland, budget for the clause, not the banner. I'd rather you be annoyed at a cautious estimate than surprised by a carrier invoice.

The free path is a size swap with a prepaid label. The cash path is you, a parcel, and a Hannover address the London footer will not accept. Those are not the same button.

Thirty days, two different jobs

Don't mix up the cheerful returns tile with the refund policy that applies to orders placed from 30 March 2026. A cash refund does not: you organize the trip back to Germany and you pay for it. The EU policy prints HMT-Rose, Am Nordhang 2, 30453 Hannover. The US twin prints Rose Bras - CWD, Bayernstraße 14, 30855 Langenhagen. Outbound postage stays with the shop even if checkout called it free. Money goes back on the original rail, usually five to nine business days after they take the parcel in.

If you already used a free swap or store credit and then cancel the whole buy, you pay the return postage and a ten-euro fee. Cut the hygiene seal and both doors can shut. The refund policy's section 2b treats opened intimate apparel as out, and it leans on Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive to do it. What they will take back is still unworn, unwashed, tagged, and sealed. A statutory fourteen-day withdrawal still sits in the terms, with a value-loss rule if you handle the piece beyond a look. What the shop will not do, even when the tiles sound sure

This is a short aisle, not a department-store lingerie floor. There is no sports bra with a numbered impact rating, no nursing clip, and no post-surgical piece sold as medical kit. Customer-count banners in the hundreds of thousands are marketing lines, not audited sales figures I can stand behind. Fabric math also fights itself: one daily bra page has printed ninety-two percent nylon and eighteen percent spandex, which does not add to one hundred. Wash cold. Dry it flat. The dollar twin at us.roseonsix.com added the United States on a policy dated 16 March 2026 and quotes a six-to-nine-business-day US transit there. Even that store still sends refunds to a German warehouse, currently printed as Rose Bras - CWD, Bayernstraße 14, 30855 Langenhagen. A euro checkout will not grow a US ship-to field because you want it to. That was the sofa mistake.

What happens if I break the hygiene seal to try the garment on?

You can lose both the swap and the cash path. Section 2b of the refund policy shuts underwear and other intimate garments out of a swap or a cash return once you cut the hygiene sticker or wreck the pack. The shop points to Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive to do that. A return they will take is still unworn, unwashed, tagged, and sealed. If you want a feel for the band before you commit, layer the piece over your own underwear and decide before you cut.

Measure the underbust in centimeters, pick a cup letter, and read the seventy-to-one-hundred-twenty by B-to-I table. A dress size will lie to you. An empty cell means that pair is not sold. If the first letter is wrong and the seal is still on, the returns portal is the free swap. Cash back is the other job: you pay the postage to Germany.
