I mean that warmly. I also mean it as a filter. This brand will take your money quickly and it will not help you undo a bargain you were never sure about.
Leave if a P.O. box or a mail-forwarding service is the only place a box can land. Leave if you came looking for menswear, kids' clothes, or a petite-only chart. I rechecked the published guides on 27 September 2026; a dedicated petite grid was unpublished, and the numbers on the page are ordinary body measurements. The line is now a contemporary women's house out of New York: silk, color, day-to-night shapes, sold from ramybrook.com, through more than two hundred fifty boutiques, and at the usual uptown names — Saks, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's — plus a Madison Avenue flagship. This guide is only about the brand's own checkout. A department-store shipping clock will not save you here.
I am naming two pieces so this does not turn into a rack list. On 27 September 2026 the Carolyn faux-wrap mini sat near five hundred dollars. The Jackie canvas straight-leg pant sat near three hundred. Dresses still lead the live grid. Pants, denim, knits, and jumpsuits share the same cart and the same thirty-day clock. Grids recycle names across colors. A homepage knit can show two different prices depending on the colorway you click. If a number is unpublished on the style you want, do not guess from the neighbor.
The wrap that photographs easy and the pant that pays rent
The Carolyn is the dinner argument. Faux wrap, short, the kind of dress you text to a friend with this-is-the-one and then remember you still have to get it through a January doorway. The Jackie is the weekday argument: canvas, straight, closer to a work pant than a party. Same warehouse. Same restocking bite if you want cash back. Stay if you can try a full-price piece at 1044 Madison Avenue or live with store credit when a cash refund feels expensive. An account is optional. Useful for tracking. US checkout takes cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay. A new US email signup is offered fifteen percent off full-price styles. New SMS subscribers who text PARTYMORE to 50132 get one hundred dollars off orders of three hundred fifty dollars or more. Those offers cannot share one order. Both exclude shoes and gift cards.
How a street-address order actually leaves
Guest checkout works. Pick your country on the way in so the currency and the local pay buttons match. Confirm the size dropdown on the product you will wear, not the landing-page chart. Read the Final Sale line. Enter a street address. Pay. Then do not expect a cancel. The warehouse starts moving regular orders the moment they land; Customer Care will only attempt a hold on pre-order styles. Pre-orders take the charge when you submit. Gift cards showed a twenty-five-dollar starting denomination delivered by email when I looked; they work on the site and at 1044 Madison Avenue, and the FAQ also says Southampton takes electronic cards. Money spent on a gift card comes back onto that card, not onto a Visa. Afterpay, on eligible US tickets, breaks the total into four interest-free bites spaced two weeks apart and wants a US bill-to address plus a US mobile number. A price adjustment can still land inside thirty days if that exact style is still in stock, the ticket was not Final Sale, and the promo has not expired.
A size chart that looks like a promise
Does every dress on this site actually go up to a 24? No. The published dress chart lists US XXS through 3XL/24, from an XS/0 at bust thirty-two, waist twenty-five and a half, hip thirty-six, through a 3XL/24 at bust fifty-one and a half, waist forty-five, hip fifty-five and a half. Mini length at XXS/00 starts near thirty-two and a half inches and at 3XL/24 near thirty-nine, measured from the high point of the shoulder. Live dropdowns often stop earlier. A few silk and knit pages I opened ended at XXL. Colors disappear unevenly: the medium can be gone while an XL is still sitting there.
Several lookbooks list the model near five feet nine wearing an XS. A stretch silk, a merino knit, and a stiff jean will not give in the same places. Shoppers abroad have to send the piece back and buy again. The catch: the chart is a house map, not a guarantee that the Carolyn or the Jackie in your color is cut through the full run.
Two New York rooms, one warehouse that will not take their receipts
The uptown shop sits at 1044 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10075. They answer Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. EST, except major holidays. Phone 1.646.422.1177, text 1.646.300.3226, or write madisonavenue@ramybrook.com. The room advertises a stylist, same-day delivery inside New York City, a consignment try-on, and a Shop at Home box that already holds a return label. That is the warm part of the brand: a real address and a box you can send back with the label they packed. Walking an online return into Madison still will not move it onto the warehouse clock.
The Hamptons shop sits at 44 Main Street, Southampton, NY 11968. Write southampton@ramybrook.com or call 1.631.381.5879. The contact page keeps weekday hours at 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, then Sunday at 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. The FAQ still prints a shorter Sunday window, so call before you travel. Anything bought in a boutique has to go back to that same room inside fourteen days. Floor sales and associate orders never enter the warehouse portal. I like the rooms. I do not like the fantasy that a Saturday on Madison erases the online policy.
I would rather you try the Carolyn on Madison and walk out empty-handed than buy a Final Sale tile from the couch and hope the warehouse is kind. The clothes can be worth the ticket. The policy is not a friend.

Here is where I got stuck: the free box with two clocks
Inside the United States, Standard is free for most tickets, though a rural ZIP can still pick up a small charge. The shipping page calls that method an Amazon handoff: a weekday order in before noon EST can start the same day, sit one or two business days before it leaves, and then travel three to five business days. The method table still lists Standard as five to seven business days. That spread is why I got stuck. I trust the slower clock. Paid 2nd Day and Overnight travel with UPS, cut off at noon EST on weekdays, and do not move on Saturday or Sunday. A holiday order waits for the next business morning. Tracking comes from orders@ramybrook.com. Fragrance is stuck on Standard. Route Package Protection is a paid checkbox; skip it and a lost box becomes a fight with the carrier.
Abroad, the box travels DHL Express to whatever country you pick in the selector. Postage is complimentary once the cart clears four hundred fifty dollars. Weekday processing takes one or two business days and cuts off at noon ET, then the parcel sits on the road for three to seven business days. International P.O. boxes are refused. Some countries block candles, fragrance, jewelry, and a few non-apparel extras. Global-e quotes the duties. The house says it absorbs those duties across the EU, plus Australia, the UK, Mexico, and Hong Kong; everywhere else you can prepay with DDP. Duties you paid on your own do not come back, except in Canada. Send the return from the country that received the box. Refunds lose a fifteen-dollar fee. There is no exchange path abroad, so a wrong size means buying again.

Thirty days online, fourteen in the boutique, a hold if you hurry
Open returns.ramybrook.com inside thirty days of the delivery scan. The piece has to arrive unused, unwashed, unaltered, still tagged, and not marked Final Sale. A US cash refund loses a ten-dollar restocking fee; store credit or an even swap waives that bite. Once the warehouse scans the box, money takes seven to ten business days to move. Stick to the UPS label they issue. A label you buy yourself can stall the scan by as much as a month. Instant Exchange puts a temporary hold on your card and ships the new size now; miss the fourteen-day window for the original and that hold turns into a charge. Heavy return volume can shut the usual door. Accounts that send back more than seven thousand five hundred dollars inside twelve months can be reviewed, and later asks can be refused.
What still sits on a full-price dress
This closet is women's contemporary ready-to-wear. It is not a shop for every person in a house. Fragrance and jewelry hit shipping blocks. Welcome codes skip shoes. The size menu on a live page can stop short of the 3XL chart. Sale tiles are often already Final Sale. An online box dropped at Madison still lives on the warehouse clock, not the boutique clock. Skip Route and a missing parcel is a carrier fight. If you need a dress for a dated event, pay for the faster UPS method and still treat a delay as possible. I will not invent a restock date or a hem the product page left unpublished.

Leave the tags on.
Will standard shipping actually be free to my US address?
On most US tickets, yes. Standard is advertised as free, with a warning that a rural ZIP can still add a small charge. Do not buy Standard for a Saturday event; trust the slower five-to-seven-day table, not the optimistic three-to-five-day line. The paid UPS upgrades do not roll on weekends. A P.O. box will be refused. If the box never arrives and you declined Route, ask Customer Care to open a claim with the carrier.
What does Instant Exchange actually hold on my card?
A temporary authorization equal to the return, and only on US website orders. The replacement size leaves right away. If the first piece is not scanned back inside fourteen days, that hold becomes a real charge, which means you can owe two garments for a stretch. A normal swap waits for the warehouse scan, then ships in one to three business days. Neither path exists on an international ticket.
Can I cancel after I click pay?
A regular order almost never stops after you click pay. Write customercare@ramybrook.com the minute you notice a bad street, and still plan as if the box is already moving. A pre-order takes the charge when you place it. Welcome offers cannot share one ticket: fifteen percent off by email, or one hundred dollars off by SMS on full-price US orders of three hundred fifty dollars or more. Shoes and gift cards sit outside both codes.
Do duties come back if I return an international order?
Usually no. Duties calculated by Global-e and paid separately are non-refundable except for Canada. A fifteen-dollar fee still comes off the merchandise refund. Ship the return from the delivery country. You cannot exchange abroad, so a wrong size means a new full-price order after the refund lands.
If I sit between two sizes, who actually answers?
Customer Care, not the size chart. Write customercare@ramybrook.com with your bust, waist, and hip and the style name you will wear. The published dress chart includes XXS through 3XL/24; the dropdown on your colorway may not. If you are in the United States you can use a warehouse exchange after the box arrives. If you are abroad, measure twice, because the only undo is a return plus a new order.
