Mini length at XXS/00 starts near 32.5 inches and at 3XL/24 near 39 inches, measured from the high point of the shoulder. Midi, maxi, and gown lengths are listed as ranges. The shipping page names Standard as Amazon service: weekday orders before 12 p.m. EST begin processing the same day, then allow one to two business days to leave and three to five business days in transit. The method table still prints Standard as five to seven business days, 2nd Day as one to three, and Overnight as one to two. Overnight and 2nd Day go by UPS with a noon EST cutoff and no weekend delivery. Holiday orders wait until the next business day. Tracking arrives from orders@ramybrook.com. P.O. boxes are refused. Fragrance must use Standard. Route Package Protection is optional; without it, lost-parcel claims go to the carrier.

Thirty-day warehouse returns versus fourteen-day boutique returns
Online returns go through returns.ramybrook.com within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-Final Sale, and tagged. US cash refunds take a 10-dollar restocking fee; the fee is waived for store credit or an exchange. Refunds process in 7 to 10 business days after the warehouse receives the parcel. Use the brand's UPS label; a third-party label can delay processing by up to 30 days. US exchanges ship 1 to 3 business days after the return arrives. Instant Exchange places a temporary card hold and ships the new size immediately; if the original is not received in 14 days, the hold becomes a charge. Boutique purchases must return to the original store within 14 days.
DHL Express, Global-e duties, and the no-exchange fence abroad
International shipping uses DHL Express to countries in the site selector. Choose the country on entry so currency and local payment methods change. Complimentary shipping starts at orders over 450 dollars USD. Processing is 1 to 2 business days Monday through Friday, with a noon ET cutoff. After dispatch, delivery is estimated at 3 to 7 business days. No international P.O. boxes. Candles, fragrance, jewelry, and some non-apparel items are blocked for some countries. Limits that still sit on a full-price dress
The catalog is women's contemporary ready-to-wear, not a shop for every household. Swim appears on sale grids, but fragrance and jewelry have shipping blocks, and shoes are excluded from welcome codes. Size dropdowns do not always match the 3XL chart. Sale tiles are often Final Sale. You cannot drop an online parcel at Madison Avenue and expect the warehouse clock to transfer. Instant Exchange ties up a card hold for 14 days. High return volume can close the usual policy. Lost boxes without Route are a carrier claim, not an automatic replacement. Can I return a Madison Avenue purchase through the online portal?
No. The Return FAQs and the Loop portal both say purchases made in store or through a Madison Avenue or Southampton associate must go back to that boutique within 14 days and cannot ship to the warehouse. Email madisonavenue@ramybrook.com or southampton@ramybrook.com to start that process. Online orders use returns.ramybrook.com within 30 days of delivery, with a 10-dollar US restocking fee on cash refunds unless you take store credit or an exchange. Final Sale is excluded in both channels. Keep the original tags on. Online accounts that return more than 7,500 dollars in 12 months can be reviewed, and later requests may be denied.
Does every dress on the site run through 3XL?
No. The published dress chart includes XXS through 3XL/24, with inch measurements up to bust 51.5, waist 45, and hip 55.5. Individual product pages often stop earlier. Several silk and knit styles we opened listed XXS through XXL only. Colorways sell out at different rates, so a medium can vanish while an XL remains. Use the size dropdown on the SKU you will wear, not the landing-page chart alone. If your measurements sit between two sizes, write customercare@ramybrook.com with the style number. Stretch silk, merino, and rigid denim will not ease the same way. A warehouse exchange is available for US online orders; international shoppers must return and place a new order.
Is standard shipping really free inside the United States?
For most US orders, yes. The shipping page offers free standard shipping and warns that some rural addresses may pick up a small fee. Standard is described as Amazon shipping with a weekday noon EST cutoff, one to two business days of processing, and three to five business days in transit, while the summary table still lists five to seven business days. What does Instant Exchange actually hold on my card?
Instant Exchange is a US checkout option, not a boutique service. You request a new size, color, or style while the original is still coming back. The new order starts processing immediately. Your card takes a temporary authorization equal to the value of the return, which the Return FAQs say is not a charge unless the original garment is not received within 14 days. Miss that window and the hold converts to a charge, so you can briefly pay for two items. Regular exchanges wait until the warehouse scans the return, then ship in one to three business days. International orders cannot use either exchange path. A standard even exchange keeps a discount on a size change only.
Can I cancel after I click pay, or stack the email and SMS welcome offers?
Usually you cannot cancel a regular order. The FAQ says the distribution center begins processing at once, and staff will only try to help on pre-order styles. Email customercare@ramybrook.com immediately if you mistyped an address, but do not assume a stop. Pre-orders charge at placement. Welcome offers are separate: 15 percent off by email and 100 dollars off by SMS on full-price US orders of 350 dollars or more. They cannot be combined on one ticket, and both exclude shoes and gift cards. Afterpay is US-only and cannot buy gift cards. Price adjustments may apply within 30 days when the same SKU is in stock, was not Final Sale, and the promotion is still live.
