A salon shop, not a marketplace litre
Oz Hair & Beauty grew out of Rockdale and still trades as a salon retailer: professional hair colour, care, and tools, with a Queen Victoria Building flagship and click-and-collect tied to Caringbah. I opened that story on 27 September 2026 because a friend had a marketplace screenshot of a professional litre priced like a sandwich. The official shop is the antidote to that screenshot, not a promise that every bottle is cheap. Professional colour is priced like a tool. If the litre is mysteriously tiny money, assume it is not this retailer.
The useful customer is someone whose colourist already wrote a shade code. You are restocking, not inventing a formula in a bathroom. First-time box colour, especially anything that lifts, belongs in a chair. A used straightener does not belong in a mail-order return. Electricals that have been opened are the returns that go sour.
- Restock a named shade or a finishing product you already use.
- Use click-and-collect if you want the QVB or Caringbah path and they still offer it.
- Skip first-time lightening and any «professional only» chemical you were not trained to use.
- Skip a used tool. Photograph seals on arrival if the order is a gift set.
Returns are longer than most, and the pages argue
On that September check, about-copy cited a change-of-mind window around 140 days, while some checkout text still mentioned a shorter restocking variant. Believe the policy attached to your order date. Email enquiries@ozhairandbeauty.com or call 1300 403 035 before you rely on the longer clock, and keep the reply. The buyer usually pays return postage on a change of mind. A restocking fee in the ten-dollar class showed up on some texts. QVB drop-off is possible only if head office knows you are coming, so the salon is not used as a surprise warehouse.
Open the official shop and match the shade code before you add a litre.

Questions
Is the shop legitimate? Yes. It is a Rockdale-born retailer with a public QVB address and Caringbah dispatch. That is not the same as every marketplace listing that uses the brand name.
Which return window applies? The one on your order. The 140-day line and a shorter checkout line have disagreed. Ask and save the answer.
Can I return a used iron? Do not plan on it. Electricals that have been opened are a poor return.
Will you tell me my shade? No. Ask the person who coloured you. This page will not guess a level.
Use ozhairandbeauty.com and the code you were given, not a screenshot price.
