Some Small coins sell the pendant alone with a chain add-on. Gift cards start from 50 dollars and are not refundable. Credits are valid one year from issue unless Jane Win says otherwise. Keep plated gold out of the shower
Gold-plated Jane Win is sterling silver with a heavy 14k yellow-gold skin. Take it off before showers, pools, and lotion. Clean with mild soap, water, and a soft toothbrush, then dry fully. No jewelry cleaner and no polishing cloth on plate. Store it in the green pouch. Rhodium-finished sterling can take a baking-soda paste and a polishing cloth after a rinse and dry. Solid 10k or 14k gold can soak about 15 minutes in warm soapy water, then a soft brush, rinse, and a hair dryer so water spots do not sit. Can I return a monogrammed or custom coin?
No. The refund policy states that custom pieces, monogrammed items, and custom coins are all final sale. The Double Sided Monogramming Charge is 30 dollars.
