SM Brands runs fila.com.au under licence, not as a marketplace stall
FILA Australia’s official shop at fila.com.au is operated by SM Brands Pty Ltd (ABN 76 100 717 968), trading as Fila, under licence from Fila Luxembourg S.a.r.l., which owns the FILA marks. Notices go to PO Box 251, Tullamarine, Victoria 3043, or info@fila.com.au; the phone line is 1800 000 339. That checkout is not FILA USA or a marketplace tab. The storefront runs on Shopify, prices are in Australian dollars, and listed amounts include GST. Service hours in the terms are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. If you want a pair you can send back to the company that packed the box, this is the Australian channel to use.
Use this shop if you are in Australia and want authentic FILA sneakers, tracksuits, work shoes, tennis kit, or kids’ trainers without guessing whether a third-party listing is current stock. It also fits if a FILA outlet is nearby for Click & Collect, or if FILA Rewards will push a cart over free shipping. Skip it for a US-only colourway, a carbon-plated race shoe, or a same-day mall refund. Marketplace and stockist purchases follow those sellers’ rules; fila.com.au will not take them back. Prices below were checked on 17 September 2026 and move with outlet drops, so treat every figure as a snapshot.
Disruptor II, Memory Workshift, and tennis kit on the live grid
The lifestyle shoe people still search for is Disruptor II. On the official collection, Men’s Disruptor II and Women’s Disruptor II were both $120 AUD. Colourways included Black, White, and WHT/Peacoat/Vintage Red. The listed build is a synthetic upper, fabric lining, lightweight EVA, and a chunky moulded rubber outsole, with SKU family FW01655 for men and FW01655W for women. FILA’s notes say the shoe can run a size small and recommend sizing up. Women’s Disruptor Energized sat on the same grid at $50 from $150. If you want that 1990s silhouette with a receipt the Returns Portal will accept, start on fila.com.au.
Work and tennis sit in different folders. Men’s and Women’s Memory Workshift were $65 from $130, with leather and synthetic uppers, a memory-foam sockliner, DLS foam midsole, and a rubber outsole. The men’s page cites ASTM F2913, Tortus 3, and English XL tests, then warns the sole is not slip-proof. Men’s FILA Classico Work was $60 from $120, with a water-repellent coating. Tennis stock included FILA Parioli at $65 from $130, Women’s Marta QDry Polo at $25 from $70, and Kid’s Quick Ace at $35 from $120. Men’s Solarstride 4 was $70 and Men’s Asti 2 was $55. This is branded kit with published AU policies, not a specialty running lab.

Classic 2.0, kids’ kits, and the $130 apparel pile-on
Apparel is how a family cart often clears the $130 free-standard-shipping line. Classic 2.0 carried a “minimum 50% off” banner when we checked. Sale prices included Unisex Crew $40 from $80, Unisex Hood $45, Unisex Pant $40, Men’s Jogger $35, Women’s Tee $25, and Kid’s Tee $20 from $40. Homepage tees included Women’s Amelia Ringer, Samantha QDry Tee, Men’s Benji Ringer, Danilo, and Unisex Aspen. Kids’ outlet tees such as Boys Jacob Tee were $15 from $40. Bags included Bowers Bumbag 2.0 at $25 from $50. Caps were $20; Palestra towels $10. Hygiene-sealed packs can be excluded from change-of-mind returns if the seal is broken.
Open fila.com.au for current Disruptor, Workshift, Classic 2.0, and tennis prices, then use the size guide before you pay.
Shop official FILA Australia →Centimetre charts beat a remembered US shoe size
The size guide is measurement-first and says fabrics can differ. Women’s apparel runs AU XXS/6 through XXL/18 (chest 77–82 cm at XXS, 107–112 cm at XXL). Men’s tops run AU S through 3XL; a men’s AU M chest is 87–92 cm. Unisex letters map to different men’s and women’s equivalents, so unisex M is not a women’s M. Footwear is sold in US sizes: men’s US 9 last length 276 mm, women’s US 8 last length 255 mm. Kids’ AU 6–16 tracks height from 120 cm to 170 cm. If chest and waist disagree, follow the chest. Disruptor II can run small, so measure both feet in the afternoon and size up if you sit between US sizes.
Shopify checkout, Rewards tiers, and the order you cannot edit
Checkout is Shopify-hosted. Successful orders get a confirmation within 30 minutes; check junk if it is missing. Published methods are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, ZIP, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. FILA says it does not keep card details after the order and that Shopify is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. You cannot change size, colour, or address after the order is received. After shipping, Australia Post myPost may redirect a parcel if it is not yet delivered, except in peak windows such as Click Frenzy and Boxing Day. Cancel before processing via info@fila.com.au with no fee; after that, use returns. Some cart lines must be split.
FILA Rewards is free at fila.com.au/rewards or in store. Bronze covers spend up to $499 in 12 months and lists 10% off the next order (online only) plus a $10 birthday voucher. Silver is $500 to $999: $20 off, a $20 birthday voucher, 60-day expiry, and free shipping over $120. Gold is $1,000 or more: $50 off, a $50 birthday voucher, 90-day expiry, and free shipping over $100. Online sign-up asks for name, email, mobile, date of birth, country, and postcode. Prior purchases do not count. Opting out, including by emailing info@fila.com.au, drops those perks. Enter your email at checkout or at the store counter to apply a reward.
The reason to open fila.com.au instead of a mixed-seller listing is the paper trail: SM Brands packed the box, the Returns Portal already has the order number, and Australian Consumer Law still sits under the change-of-mind rules. A stockist sale can be cheaper on a single hoodie. It cannot send that hoodie back to FILA Australia if the seller’s policy is stricter. Keep tags on, keep the shoe box clean, and treat the $15 return label as part of the true price when US sizing is a guess.

Australia Post, Click & Collect, and the $15 change-of-mind label
Australian orders over $130 get free standard shipping and $10 express. Under $130, standard is $12.50 and express is $20, all AUD. Processing is 1–3 business days, or up to 5 during Boxing Day, flash sales, Black Friday, and Click Frenzy. After fulfilment, the shipping page says most Australian deliveries take 3–5 business days; the terms say 3–6. Remote areas can take 10–15. Carriers are Australia Post and eParcel. Click & Collect at 15+ outlets is usually ready in 1–2 business days; bring photo ID and the order number, or the order cancels after 14 days. International is $20 flat to New Zealand, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, and Fiji only.
Change-of-mind returns are real and not free postage. Lodge the Returns Portal within 30 days. Goods must be unworn, tags on, and in original packaging; a taped shoe box can be refused. After approval you buy a $15 Australia Post label and post within 30 days. Warehouse processing is 3–7 business days. Refunds go to the original method; outbound freight is not refunded on change of mind. Faulty or incorrect goods get a FILA-paid label if you attach photos. Online orders exchange in Australian FILA outlets with the invoice; stores cannot refund website orders. Hours and addresses sit on the store finder for Docklands, DFO Homebush, Brisbane Airport DFO, Perth Airport DFO, and Fyshwick. Only fila.com.au and Australian FILA store purchases return to FILA.
- Free standard shipping and $10 express on Australian orders over $130; under $130, $12.50 standard or $20 express (AUD).
- International $20 flat to New Zealand, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, and Fiji only.
- Process 1–3 business days (up to 5 in peak). Most AU deliveries 3–5 days after fulfilment; remote 10–15.
- Click & Collect at 15+ outlets with photo ID; uncollected orders cancel after 14 days.
- Change-of-mind: Returns Portal within 30 days and a $15 label; faulty items get FILA-paid postage.
- Online orders exchange in store only; stockist pairs cannot return to FILA Australia.
Who should check out here, and who should use a stockist instead
Buy here if you want a current Disruptor, Workshift, Classic 2.0 set, or tennis polo with a FILA Australia invoice and a portal that already has your order. It is also the right desk if a pair arrives faulty and you need a prepaid label rather than an argument with a marketplace seller. Walk past it if you need race-day cushioning from a running specialty brand, a FILA style that exists only on a US site, or a gift you will wrap and cannot return unworn. Resellers should skip it: terms let FILA limit quantities that look like dealer orders. If a local store has the same SKU in your size today, that floor still wins on speed.
FILA Australia is a licensed lifestyle and sportswear shop, not a biomechanics lab, so product copy is not a running-coach prescription. Sale prices on Classics 2.0 and Workshift were deep when we checked; they can revert, and outlet sizes vanish. Cart splits, peak processing delays, and remote 10–15 day lanes are operational facts. The $15 change-of-mind label plus non-refundable outbound postage can erase a small-item bargain. Hygiene items and damaged shoe boxes get refused. New Zealand parcels at or above the NZ$200 GST threshold can attract duties the recipient pays. A cheaper marketplace price is a poor trade if you still need a FILA return path.
Confirm size, freight, and Rewards on fila.com.au before you pay, especially if you need Click & Collect or a work shoe.

Is fila.com.au the same as a US FILA site or a marketplace seller?
No. fila.com.au is SM Brands Pty Ltd trading as Fila in Australia, using FILA marks under licence. A FILA pair on a marketplace, a sports chain, or an overseas FILA domain is a different merchant contract. Only Australian FILA store purchases and www.fila.com.au orders return through FILA’s portal or outlets. Stockist pairs follow that stockist’s policy. US sites will not honour this AU size guide, Rewards tiers, or the $130 free-shipping threshold. If authenticity and returns matter more than a one-dollar gap, pay the official Australian checkout. If you already bought elsewhere, do not assume info@fila.com.au can unwind that order.
How much does FILA Australia charge to ship, and where will it go?
On Australian orders over $130, standard shipping is free and express is $10. Under $130, standard is $12.50 and express is $20. International orders to New Zealand, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, and Fiji are a $20 flat rate; other countries are not listed. Allow 1–3 business days to process, or up to 5 in peak sales. Most Australian deliveries then take 3–5 business days from fulfilment on the shipping page, or 3–6 in the terms; remote postcodes can take 10–15, plus extra days in peak. Click & Collect avoids those domestic rates if you pick up within 14 days with photo ID. New Zealand recipients should budget for NZ GST and duties at the NZ$200 threshold, which FILA will not reimburse.
Can I return sneakers after wearing them around the house?
Not if you want a change-of-mind refund. The three return rules require the item back within 30 days from invoice date to warehouse receipt, unworn with original tags, and in original packaging including dust bags and shoe boxes. A walk around the block, a creased sockliner, or a taped box can get the parcel sent back to you. Hygiene-sealed goods need the seal intact. Faulty or incorrect items are different: mark that reason, attach photos, and FILA covers return postage if approved. Australian Consumer Law still covers major failures after the voluntary 30-day window, so photograph a defect immediately. Send returns with tracking; FILA is not responsible for parcels lost on the way back.
Will a FILA outlet refund an order I placed on the website?
A FILA outlet can exchange an online order. It cannot refund one. Take the invoice and the unused, tagged goods to any Australian FILA retail outlet within 30 days. Staff can swap size, colour, or style. A cheaper swap produces an in-store credit voucher; a dearer swap means you pay the difference. Shipping you already paid is not part of that merchandise value. Click & Collect follows the same idea at pickup: you can exchange on the spot, but change-of-mind refunds are not offered at the counter. Faulty collected goods can be refunded to the original payment method in store or through the portal. For a card reversal, use the Returns Portal and the $15 label.
How should I size Disruptor II versus Classic 2.0 apparel?
For Disruptor II, start with millimetre last length, then size up if you are between US sizes, because product pages say the shoe can run small. A men’s US 10 is listed at 285 mm last length; a women’s US 8 is 255 mm. Do not copy a unisex apparel letter onto a shoe. For Classic 2.0, measure chest, waist, and hips against the centimetre bands. Women’s AU 12 is a M with chest 92–97 cm; men’s AU L tops also list chest 92–97 cm. Unisex M maps to men’s M and women’s L. Kids’ AU 10 is listed around 140 cm height. If you cannot try on at an outlet, keep tags on and assume you may spend $15 sending a pair back.
