Celsius Herbs From the Return Form: Michigan Bottles, Postage, and the Unused-Seal Rule

Celsius Herbs is a Farmington, Michigan herbal shop with plant-based personal-care and pet bottles. This is a checkout read — cart prices in words, outbound postage, and the unused-seal return window — not a treatment plan.

Celsius Herbs From the Return Form: Michigan Bottles, Postage, and the Unused-Seal Rule

The return form has a suite number

The return form lists a suite in Southfield, Michigan — 21415 Civic Center Drive, Suite 100, Building 18 — and a blunt line about opened bottles. I read that page first on 27 September 2026, before I touched a cart button. Most herbal shops bury the send-back address under a cheerful banner. This one puts a street, a building number, and a rule you can hold in your hand. Unused. Sealed. Same carton. I felt a small, unfashionable relief at that. A clear return form is rarer than a green leaf on a label.

Then I flipped back to the homepage and watched the banners talk over the form. Fast free three-day shipping. A full money-back promise if you are not satisfied. The shipping policy, on a page the shop itself misspells, says orders process and go out in four to ten business days, not on weekends, not on holidays. The refund page wants the bottle unused, in the original packaging, with a receipt, and it puts return postage on you. That gap is why I am writing this. The cart is a Michigan herbal shop. The banners are a different animal.

What the shop is, once you ignore the green type

Celsius Herbs sells bottled personal care and pet care from a Farmington, Michigan footer — 34405 West Twelve Mile Road, phone plus one, seven three four, seven two six, zero one four eight. The public site at celsiusherbs.com is a small catalog, not a clinic. Product tiles lean on plant language and USDA organic wording. Support mail is listed as info@celsiusherbs.com. Returns go through sales@celsius.us, and the refund page also prints sales@celcius.us, with a letter missing. If you write and bounce, try the other spelling before you decide the shop is a ghost.

The brand talks about a delivery method it calls bionano, and it talks about plant extracts. I am not going to dress that up as a medical system, and I am not going to invent a tradition the cart does not document on the pages I opened. A bottle is a bottle. If a page uses strong clinical language, that is marketing copy on a Shopify tile, not a reason to skip a clinician-directed plan you already have. I will not promise a result for a person or a dog. I did not sit in a support chat long enough to time a first reply. That wait is unpublished from my side.

Two bottles I would put in a cart, then I stop

The collection page on 27 September 2026 ran from about ten dollars for a small home spray up through the mid thirties for a larger pet bottle. I am naming two products and leaving the rest on the shelf. If I start reciting every tile, this turns into a catalog with a different logo pasted on. The two I would click are a scalp bottle and a pet wash. Everything else in the shop is a variation on those two ideas: a liquid for skin or hair, or a liquid for an animal, sold in a four-ounce or eight-ounce range.

Dermveda Scalp Treatment Solution sat around seventeen dollars that Sunday, marked down from about nineteen. The tile talks about herbs and a rinse-in use. That is all I will take from it. I will not tell you it will change your hairline or replace a plan someone already wrote for you. You are buying a small bottle of plant-scented liquid with a use panel on the side. Patch a little on the inside of an arm first if your skin is fussy. Keep the receipt. Do not open it if you think you might send it back.

PetGlow Pure Natural Wild Herbs Shampoo for dogs and cats sat around seventeen dollars for eight fluid ounces. The tile lists plant names and a no-parabens, no-sulphates line. Read the animal and size line before you wet a coat. Do not pour the human scalp bottle on a dog because the logos share a homepage. Do not pour the pet wash on a person because you ran out of shampoo on a Sunday night. Two bottles, two labels, two jobs. I am not promising a quieter scratch or a shinier coat. I am telling you what the cart charged.

Who this cart is for

This shop fits someone who wants a small-run herbal bottle and can wait through a processing window the policy measures in business days. You like reading a panel. You can live with a plant smell. You have a cool, dry shelf. You are buying ordinary personal care or ordinary pet washing, not because a tile used a dramatic word. You can keep a packing slip in a drawer. You are not in a hurry for weekend dispatch.

It also fits a pet person who already has a wash routine and wants a plant-based bottle from a Michigan shop, not a marketplace listing with a rented brand. You will weigh the animal first. You will not share bottles across species. An eight-ounce wash is a grocery-scale purchase, not a clinic visit in a different wrapper. If that is not you, the skip list is the part I wish sat above the fold.

Who should skip Celsius Herbs

Skip this shop if you need a clinician-directed plan. A bottle from a Farmington footer is not a substitute for that plan. Skip it if you want to open a liquid, try two uses, and mail the remainder back for a full refund. The refund page and the FAQ both shut that door. Opened bottles stay with you. If the seal is broken, the bottle stays with you. Same point, said twice, because that is the line people miss when the homepage still says money back with no hassle.

  • You are already on a clinician-directed plan and you were about to use this cart as the plan. Keep the plan. Skip the bottle, or treat it as optional personal care only after you have asked the person who wrote the plan.
  • You want to return a used or opened liquid. The refund page, the shipping page, and the FAQ all refuse opened or used items.
  • You need the box this week and you are ordering on a Friday afternoon. The policy does not ship on weekends or holidays, and processing is four to ten business days.
  • You refuse to pay return postage, or you need a prepaid label in the box. Outbound shipping is listed as free. The trip back is on you.
  • You need a published lab PDF, a named lot, or a first-reply time in writing. I did not find those on 27 September 2026. Unpublished from my side.
  • You typed a guess in the address line. Wrong-address packages come back as a credit, and lost boxes with a delivered scan are not their problem.

If any row above is you, close the tab. There is no prize for forcing a checkout that will fight you later.

Check the live collection, the two bottles above, and the current outbound postage before you pay. Prices move.

How buying works on celsiusherbs.com

You add a bottle, you pay, you get an email. The FAQ says tracking rides in that email once the order is placed. I did not complete a paid order on 27 September 2026, so I will not narrate a confirmation screen I did not see. Cancel by email within twenty-four hours and they cancel at no charge. After that window, you are in the return rules. Write sales@celsius.us, and if that address bounces, try the spelling on the refund page. Put the order number in the subject. Do not get cute with the address field while you wait.

Out-of-stock items wait. The shipping policy says the shop holds the whole order until every line is in stock, then ships once. Mix a scalp bottle on the shelf with a pet wash that is not, and both sit. They say they will email you if the delay is significant. How often that email goes out is unpublished. An undeliverable box comes back as a credit. A box that tracking marks delivered, even if you never held it, is on you. I find that last line irritating in the way freight always is — not dramatic, just the usual shrug shops print when a porch is empty. Photograph the carton. Keep the packing slip.

Fees in words, not a grid

Is the outbound postage really free, or does that only hold until you need to send a bottle back? That is the question I said out loud in the kitchen. The homepage and the shipping page both say outbound shipping is free. I did not see a paid shipping tier on the collection page I opened. Return shipping is a separate bill, and it is yours. Duties and import taxes, if they apply, are described as prepaid and folded into the order price. I will not invent a restocking fee. The pages I read do not name one.

  • Cart bottles on 27 September 2026: about ten dollars for a small home spray, about twelve to nineteen dollars for most personal-care bottles, about seventeen dollars for the two I named, and about thirty-seven dollars at the top of the pet row I saw.
  • Outbound postage: listed as free, with no dollar add-on printed on the collection page I opened.
  • Return postage: paid by you. The FAQ says that cost is not refunded, and that it can be subtracted from an approved refund.
  • Import duty and tax: the shipping policy says prepaid and included in the order price. I did not run an overseas checkout.
  • Refund timing after approval: about ten business days to the original payment method, then however long your bank takes. After fifteen business days, write sales@celsius.us.
  • Cancel inside twenty-four hours: no charge, per the FAQ. After that, you pay return postage to unwind an unused, sealed bottle.

Sales tax in your state, if checkout adds it, will show on the payment screen. I am not going to guess a Michigan rate for a reader in another zip code. Look at the total before you tap pay. Gift cards and final-sale items are listed as non-returnable. If a tile is marked that way, treat the bottle as yours the minute you pay.

Limits the homepage does not shout

The three-day shipping banner is limp next to a policy that starts the clock at four to ten business days of processing. I am not calling the shop a liar. I am saying the two pages do not agree, and I will not pick the prettier one for you. Plan as if the box leaves in a business-day window, then spends more days in transit. If you need a bottle for a Monday morning, do not order on a Thursday night and hope.

The money-back banner is fussy once you read the PDF. Thirty days on the refund page and the shipping page. Fifteen calendar days on the FAQ, because the FAQ singles out liquids. Opened or used items are out on every version. Items mailed back without a return request first are out. European Union orders get a fourteen-day cooling-off note if the merchandise is shipping into the Union, still unused. Pick the stricter reading. Fifteen days for a liquid, unused, you pay the label.

The shop also prints large comfort language — no harmful side effects, clinician-adjacent badges, a count of success stories. The same homepage says a dermatologist-trusted line refers to commonly used ingredients, not a specific endorsement. I will leave it there. I am not repeating a result count as if I audited it. Those are their tiles. This is a checkout guide.

The homepage sells speed and a full refund. The return form sells a sealed bottle and a Southfield suite. Read the form first.

How I would use a bottle without turning it into a plan

Read the panel twice. Store the bottle cool and dry, cap on, away from a radiator. If it is the scalp bottle, use the amount the panel names — I will not invent a ritual the carton does not print. If it is the pet wash, wet the coat, work a small amount through, rinse, and stop. Do not double the dose because the first wash felt mild. Do not mix the two bottles in one sink. A shop receipt is not a scorecard.

If you already have a clinician-directed plan, stay on it. A Michigan herbal cart does not rewrite it. If the carton arrived crushed, photograph the seal and write the shop before you open anything. Damaged or wrong items are the one case where they ask you to contact them at once. That is a shipping problem. It is not a results problem.

Questions people ask before they pay

How do I cancel? Email within twenty-four hours of purchase, order number in the subject, and the FAQ says they cancel at no charge. After twenty-four hours you are in the return window, which only helps if the bottle is still unused. Use sales@celsius.us. If that mailbox fails, try the other spelling on the refund page and the phone number in the footer.

How do I see the order and the tracking? The FAQ says an email with tracking lands after you place the order. I did not receive that email because I did not pay. If a day passes and nothing arrives, write the same address and ask. Do not wait a week and then start a return for a box that is still sitting in processing. Processing is listed as four to ten business days before the carrier even has it.

What is the return window, really? Three printed answers. Thirty days after you receive the item, on the refund page and the shipping page. Fifteen calendar days, on the FAQ, because the products include liquids. Fourteen days, for merchandise shipping into the European Union, unused. I would use fifteen days for a bottle if I wanted to stay inside every version of the rule. Request the return first. They say unannounced returns are not accepted.

Who pays to send it back, and how long is a refund? You pay the label. Outbound shipping is not refunded. If a refund is approved after they inspect the unused bottle, the refund page says about ten business days to the original payment method. Your card brand can take longer to show it. If more than fifteen business days pass after they approve it, write them. Unused and sealed is the bar they printed.

What if I typed the wrong street, and can I exchange? Wrong address is on you. Contact them immediately if you catch it. If the box comes back undeliverable, they credit the original payment. There is no clean swap button. The refund page says the fastest exchange is a return of the unused item, then a separate purchase of the bottle you actually wanted, after the return is accepted.

What if the carton arrives damaged or the wrong bottle is inside? Inspect it before you break a seal. Write the shop at once, with photos, and use the phone number if email sits. That path is for shipping mistakes. It is not a path for “I opened it and I do not like the smell.” Smell is not a defect they listed. Keep the box. Keep the slip. Southfield will not guess what you received.

Open the current tiles, confirm outbound postage is still listed as free, and read the return page again before you tap pay.

After the box shows up

Photograph the tape. Open the carton, not the bottle, until you know the label matches the line you paid for. Slide the packing slip into the drawer with the return address. If you are keeping the bottle, cap it after every use and leave it where heat cannot cook it. If you are sending it back, you already know the rule. Unused. Sealed. Same carton. Mail it to the Southfield suite after they accept the request, not before.

I opened the public site on 27 September 2026. Prices will move. Banners will stay louder than the PDF. The shop is real enough to print a Michigan street, a phone, and a return suite. It is still a small cart with a fussy unused-seal rule and a processing window that does not match the three-day type. Buy a bottle if that trade feels honest to you. Skip it if you need a plan, a prepaid return label, or a promise I will not write.
