A second hostname, us.aspiga.com, still shows up on product crawls as a United States (USD) country lock with a shipping tile of $20 tracked or $30 air. My live fetch of that homepage returned HTTP 423 Locked. The deliveries path served Shopify's unavailable-store page. I shopped the live www.aspiga.com bag and treated the US shipping numbers as the last published US-storefront tile, not a checkout I finished.
The merchant is Aspiga Limited, company 05864291, incorporated in England and Wales on 3 July 2006. Companies House lists Office 49, Safestore, Ingate Place, London SW8 3NS. The Black version of that midi sat on the homepage without a scraped price, so that figure is unpublished here. Vienna Striped Long Sleeve Blouse in Blue/White and the Ice Blue Alpaca Blend Knitted Tank also showed tiles without a clean price on that homepage pull. I did not invent them.

Clothing labels run XXS to XL on many dresses. The Pippa spells it as XXS/6 through XL/16: UK 6 / US 2 / EU 34 at the floor, UK 16 / US 12 / EU 44 at the top. Harem trousers collapse to XS/S, S/M, and L/XL. FAQ advice if you sit between sizes: size up, especially on linen or a fitted silhouette. Petite exists on some styles only, 7.5 cm to 11 cm shorter than regular, aimed at 5'5" / 165 cm and under. Pippa petite is the 7.5 cm cut. Regular XS hangs 137 centimetres; petite XS hangs 130. Disc sandals offer EU 36 through 43 and call themselves true to size. Try them on a carpet if you still want a return.
The Portugal midi tells you to size up if in doubt. The model on that page is 5'7", UK 8, wearing XS. That XS hangs 126 centimetres, bust 87, waist 71, top hip 78, low hip 94. XL hangs 130 centimetres, bust 107, waist 91, top hip 98, low hip 114. Those numbers are the dress, not your body. Bring a tape. The official size-guide page did not yield a usable house chart on my scrape, only a footwear heading and the Virtual Try-On pitch, so I will not pretend I copied a full bust-waist-hip table from that URL.
Royal Mail from Leeds, or a $20 US track that still starts in England
UK standard is £4.99 and three to five working days on the 2026 FAQ and on product footers. The deliveries page also prints two to four working days in a duplicated block, and an older free-shipping threshold of £200 next to the live £170 line. I am using £4.99, 3–5 days, and free over £170 because that is what the FAQ and the product footers agreed on 26 September 2026. Express is £9.99 for one to two working days if you order before 1pm Monday to Thursday. The warehouse does not ship Saturday or Sunday. Friday after 1pm waits until Monday. Royal Mail handles standard. Tracking goes out on dispatch. Orders over 2 kg may attract an extra charge; the extra amount is unpublished until they email you.
US product tiles on us.aspiga.com published Tracked Standard at $20 for six to ten business days and Express Courier (Air) at $30 for two to five business days, with duty and tax prepayment supported. Free US standard kicks in over $250. Those same tiles still print a 1–2 day express line before noon Monday to Thursday, which collides with the two-to-five-day air figure. I could not open a live US checkout to see which number the bag uses, because the US hostname locked. International copy says they ship to over 100 countries and you must pick the flag that matches the delivery address. They will not send a UK-flag order to a US street. Duty is itemised. You can untick pre-pay. FAQ copy also says duties are included in the displayed price. Those two sentences do not agree. Pay the bag.

The prepaid label is £3.50, paid in the portal. Exchanges through that portal do not add extra shipping. Store credit adds 10 percent of the return value. In-store returns are free if you bring the ASP order number to a UK floor. If the portal fails, post to Aspiga Returns c/o Torque, Wortley Moor Road, Wortley, Leeds LS12 4JH and keep a certificate of posting. They do not offer free change-of-mind returns. Outbound delivery is not refunded unless the house shipped the wrong or faulty piece.
International copy gives 30 days and puts postage and duty on you. Use the Global-E portal. Order numbers start with GE. Earrings are excluded for hygiene. Swimwear needs the plastic hygiene sticker intact. Archive Sale and Final Sale are carved out as non-refundable except for fault or misdescription. The terms page still talks like an older shop: seven working days to cancel, 20 days from dispatch including sale goods, and 14 days from dispatch to exchange. I am not picking a winner. A $355 Elizabeth from Portugal and an $82 Disc sandal from Kenya share a website, not a factory. Buy the dress if you will measure the 87 cm XS bust and pay £3.50 to send it back to Leeds. Walk past the sandals if you wanted a rubber mall pair you can return at a US counter for free.

Loyalty pays 20 points per £1 spent. Points die at 12 months. A return claws the points back. Redeem from the rewards page; a unique code is emailed. Aspiga Preloved is a customer-to-customer rack run via Continue at preloved.aspiga.com. Past purchases sync into a Wardrobe. Aspiga does not inspect the garment. Buyer protection is 10 percent of the item price, paid to Continue, with funds held until delivery. You have two days after delivery to report a wrong size, a different item, or major undisclosed damage. Fit disappointment and ordinary wear are not covered. After two days the seller is paid in store credit plus 10 percent.

No live US homepage. The affiliate tile said Aspiga US. I opened www.aspiga.com, which priced the catalogue in USD on 26 September 2026. us.aspiga.com exists as a Shopify country storefront; product crawls still list United States (USD) and the $20 / $30 shipping tile. A live GET on the US homepage returned 423 Locked. The US deliveries path returned Shopify's unavailable-store page. Country-selector copy says they will only ship to an address in the country you pick. If you need a US street, pick United States before you add to bag, then believe the checkout for the duty line.

Pippa also sells XXS as UK 6 / US 2 / EU 34. Petite is not a separate size grade; it is a shorter length on selected styles, 7.5 cm to 11 cm less, for 5'5" / 165 cm and under. Pippa petite XS hangs 130 centimetres against 137 on regular. Between sizes, the FAQ says size up. The house size-guide page did not give me a complete table on scrape.
Can I return a Preloved listing the same way as a new order?
No. Preloved is sold by another customer via Continue, not from the Leeds cage. Aspiga does not check the cloth. Buyer protection is 10 percent, paid to Continue. You have two days after delivery to report a significantly not-as-described item. Wrong size sent or major undisclosed damage can qualify. A dress that simply does not flatter you does not. After two days the funds release.
Are taxes in the dollar price, and what is unpublished?
UK terms say displayed prices include VAT and exclude delivery. The USD homepage tiles I copied on 26 September 2026 did not print a separate sales-tax line, so a unit US tax rate is unpublished. International duty is itemised in the bag with an optional pre-pay tick, while the FAQ also says duties are included in the displayed price. I could not complete a US checkout to see the live duty dollar amount. I also could not verify stock on the Black version of the midi or the Navy Roxy kaftan, because those homepage tiles had no price I could copy. Use the bag.
